Was told I would have to wait for a certain entree as it was all out. I was pretty hungry, so as I waited for my panda order, I went next door to Slice and ordered a pizza. I waited 15 minutes for my pizza and finished it before I got my panda. I ended up waiting just over 30 minutes to finally get my panda.When my food was finally ready, it seemed as though they forgot about my order, forgetting what I ordered.This seems to be a common issue at this location, I typically avoid this location and go to Roseville or Woodbury. I understand it gets busy, but I just hate having to wait so long for my food.

The honey sesame chicken breast was really good, i didnt really like that the orange chicken was slimy though... service and environment were nothing out of the ordinary.
Those who left one star reviews where right. This location at Maplewood Mall always has a long line and plenty of online orders, but the Orange Chicken was hard as a rock and should be renamed Orange Blackened Chicken, and I asked for another chicken egg roll since the one they gave me was too well done. She says they are all the same, but she let's me choose another. Terrible food, terrible service. Seriously Maplewood Mall location. You are the worst and you lost another customer and gained another one star review.

Waited over 20 minutes behind a bunch of people with nobody being helped in those 20 minutes. The workers were just packing orders for takeout maybe? Ignoring everyone in line. People just standing around and waiting for their order. Why don't yall just close in person dining and do takeout orders only when you don't care about the customers right in front on your face?? Finally after 30 minutes, there was no white rice. Ridiculous.

Fried rice was burnt and when I called in to let them know, they said that it's the same rice they're feeding everyone else then hung up. Very rude and should do a quality check first before serving it to others.
