Bad food and worse service. Got our order wrong and took for ever to get food.

Me nd the family go to different applebees all the time and we had the worst experience at this location ever extremely slow service with bad food steak was mostly muscle horribly chewy nobody got the correct appetizer their was a bottle cap in a drink wean remade their were black mold chunks impeded inside the ice and the outher drinks was made wrong twice wean the food decided to come out after extremely long wait for for everything it was cold everybody's food was sadly

Me my boyfriend and my two kids went to Applebees tonight and we had an experience that’s for sure I ordered the rum river bucket and it came with a beer bottle cap in it my boyfriend ordered a passion margarita and got strawberry when we asked for them to be fixed he again got a strawberry margarita and my rum river came back with dirty ice when we got our food my son food had the wrong side my steak was cooked wrong and chewy my boyfriend steak was way over cooked and chewy he was also supposed to get coleslaw and garlic green beans he got mashed potatoes and plain green beans the service and manager were very pleasant and tried to help fix our issues as fast as they could but there were many times were we had very long wait times the restaurant was very clearly understaffed and had poor communication the waitress said many time that he did not tell her that or she didn’t make those drinks I do however want to say even tho they were busy and understaffed we definitely got service with a smile

Just not the same as it used to be, food is so so, the waitress had a hard time with our order, and kept having to repeat ourselves. Prices are very high.

I had the oriental chicken salad and it was very good. My friend had the nachos. The serving was huge, but she requested additional queso after the top layer of chips were eaten. Our server was attentive until we needed him, but apologized for the wait when he came back.

Clearly understaffed. So it's hard to fault the service but at the same time the server / bartender said to us multiple times what am I even doing? There were long wait periods in between table touches to a point where my wife and I said we could easily dine and ditch. Not that we ever would but holy cow it was at least 5 minutes sometimes where there wasn't a single employee in sight in the entire restaurant. The pricing and the quality of the food we expected honestly. Definitely will not be returning

We have visited this restaurant before and have always been happy with their service. I liked the honesty of our server with a drink question and opted not to order that particular drink. (bloody mary) The meal was great. Burger and Riblets were hot and tasty!

Dinner was great! My spouse had the Oriental salad I had a 8 oz steak with some potatoes and broccoli everything was cooked perfectly. The service was great. And the restrooms were clean. Thanks again for the hospitality and the great experience.
I had the full rib rack. The description was so tender falls off the bone. It was no!!! not one bite fell off when you cut it. I asked if I could have onion rings instead of cole slaw and waitress said sure but when bill came was charged extra for onion rings. The rings were cold when came We sat over 10 minutes when done before we could get our bill. We will not be back,

Awful terrible people that work here. if I could rate the girls and boys’ here 0 star that would be what they deserve. The people who work here are going nowhere in life so they all have an attitude. Unless you’re the customer they won’t have an attitude.

The food was excellent. Everyone was very pleased with what they ordered. We were seated right away on an early Sunday afternoon, and it was pretty quiet. Unfortunately, the place was understaffed when we were there, so we waited quite a while for our food. But our server was very apologetic and attentive, despite being quite busy rushing around.Parking: Plenty of spots available.Kid-friendliness: Lots of high chairs available, kids cups with lids, fun coloring menus. They only had orange crayons though. Pp
