I love beef & cheddar sandwiches, but Arby's has severely reduced the amount of cheese sauce and red sauce in this sandwich and that disappoints me. Mt father liked his reuben sandwich.

I ordered the brownsugar bacon roast beef sandwich meal, my sandwich was cold, like they just threw everything together, the cheese wasn't even melted. My fries and motts sticks were cold as well and when I went up to tell them, they only nuked it for 2 seconds, it was still cold. I just ate it anyway cuz I was hungry and had to get going. I will never go to this arbys again. It's like they don't care.

This Arby’s is good for make up service. If they forget to put a sandwich in the bag through drive through they have a great manager who can fix the problem. Mary was polite and fix the issue right away. Food was great and what I would expect from a good Arby’s (not many left around). Thank you Mary once again.

I work for a local medical transportation company and we provide dialysis patients rides to and from home and occasionally a trip to their favorite fast food restaurant. I must say that the Arby's in Stillwater has the most unfriendly staff of any restaurant I've been to! My client ordered about $87 worth of sliders and fries for himself and his nieces and nephews at the drive thru window and I also wanted to place a small order for myself. Well, the guy on the speaker said in order to place separate orders I would have to come inside the restaurant and place them there! My client just so happens to be in a wheelchair and if we wanted to dine in, we would have just came in the restaurant but please keep in mind that my client just came from a 4 1/2 hour Dialysis session and he just wanted to get home to his family and enjoy supper together! So to keep this story short my client paid for his $87 in cash at that time I had requested since that the clients transaction was complete if I may proceed with my order and the guy told me no that there was a car that just had pulled up behind us and that I would have to come into the restaurant to order! By this time I was getting pretty pissed with the guys rudeness and also when he handed my client his 4 huge bags of food he didn't even have the courtesy of saying thank you or if he needed anything else!! Not even have a good night or anything like that! We came through on Wednesday Jan 3rd 2024 at around 6:50 pm. Besides us, there was only one car in line the whole 10 minutes we were there and they got their order in a little amount of time so, for this rude guy to treat us this way is so disrespectful and unacceptable we will choose not to visit this location ever again and recommend that our friends and families do the same! No stars for this place!!

Had an order with 3 beef and cheddar on it. All 3 looked like this. No cheddar. It was a mobile order too, so I know it was entered correctly and the order history confirms it.If eating in it may be worth taking a chance to eat here, then you can take order back and get corrected. But if drive thru or to go, 0 out of 3 correct aren't very good odds.

Awful service - the girl who rang me up was literally on the phone with her friend. Food took >10 minutes for a couple roast beefs and curly fries.Restaurant itself feels like it went it of business years ago
