Had the Bravo club. It was pretty Good the bread was really excellent and it made the sandwich. The side of kettle chips were good and unsweet iced tea very spot on. Overall was a pretty good lunch

I come to this location because of the great food along with Kimmy's A+ attitude makes for a perfect lunch. The store is clean and you see the management lead by example which is always nice to see.

This is my first time having an issue at Panera No Bread. I put my order in on the kiosk and I ordered a baguette as my side as I always do. When I went to get the order, they gave me chips instead of explaining that they were out and asking me what I wanted instead. I asked about the baguette and they said they didn't have any left. So you're called Panera Bread but you don't got no bread? Grow up. My salad was good but my soup was cold and the sandwich I ordered was gross but that's probably my own fault. They did the same thing to a family that came in after me, and the staff was incredibly rude to them when they asked them to fix the order, and then proceeded to gossip about it in the lobby after the family left. I won't be coming back to this location until they can figure out how to bake bread and speak to customers?? Bye fr.

This Panera bread is decent and the employees are nice. I don’t eat here much, but the food I have had is pretty good. I am a sucker for the cinnamon toast crunch, bagels, but I can’t eat those very often. I mainly come for the sip club. For a while, they were staying on top of filling the coffees and creamers… Even the water was staying pretty hot, but not as hot as I would like it… The last few times I’ve gone the water has been Luke warm. It’s not really worth it for me to ask them to refill it because I’m usually in a hurry. I think a good procedure would involve checking the temperature of the hot water every 1.5 to 2 hours as well as making sure the coffees are filled. I think in the future, I may just request some to fill my glass with hot water since we are not able to grab our own glass anymore. Makes more sense to just ensure it’s very hot. Because Luke warm he kind of sucks….On a more positive note, they do have a good variety of big teas, I believe six different ones including orange ginger mint, which is my favorite

I usually love eating at Panera but this place has gone downhill. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and it was just awful. They used too much sauce and it was bland. They no longer allow you to get your own drinks so you have to ask someone at the counter and everyone back there was a young teen. My daughter ordered smoothie and they didn’t even mix it enough because there were large chunks of fruit in it. I don’t think I’ll be dining here at this location again.

Way too expensive for the reheated fast food. All Panera's have turned into trash food. Hospital food is better. The staff are always good though.
We went there for Saturday breakfast to use gift card from work. It didn't work..we blame that on work. My hearing aids picked up background music that bounced off the open ceiling. Gave me headaches. Ive been to other Panera locations, never been an issue. Oak park heights is too noisy for deaf folks. When I went up to retrieve the food. They told the name of the order, I couldn't hear them due to noise and I develop headaches. I was so embarrassed and they laughed at me showing me the ticket. I had let my husband to take over. I read their lips saying what's wrong with her. I want to let them know about my hearing loss. I'm not comfortable. Deaf folks don't go to oak park heights.

I stopped in for my daily Hazelnut Coffee and found the pot was empty. I asked how long it would be for some more. Lilly came out and said they would get some going right away. She even took my cup and filled it right away, leaving me in and out quickly with a fresh brewed cup of joe! Thank you Lilly!!

I waited a ridiculous amount of time in drive-up. All because this Panera refuses to ask cars to move to the pickup slot to await complex orders. So, everyone in line has to wait. When I finally got up to the window and complained, the server said that management tells them not to ask people to pull over into the empty pick-up parking spots. I guarantee that you are losing customers due to your lack of courtesy for cars waiting in the drive-up line. I can't stress enough how irritating this is.

Very disappointed with Panera Stillwater. They keep removing favorites from menu because it’s a “training site”. They are constantly opening late at 10:00 am due to staffing problems, and you are forced to place your own order at the kiosk - again due to insufficient staffing. Let’s make this a regularly operating facility!
