My first time trying Pizza Ranch. I went with family members ,who usually go to a couple other locations. The cashier was pleasant and the children are free that was a plus. I was excited to see the broasted chicken.My chicken was slightly fatty inside and was warm. Potatoes and gravy were decent. The biscuits were burnt and dry. 2/6/24 update:Went to have dinner. While it's nice for the staff to keep an eye on our table to clear any dishes, there were 2 employees constantly circling our table to the point that it was getting awkward to eat. This was around 4pm and was not busy. Every time I looked up, someone was RIGHT THERE. I put my fork down for a minute and someone comes up asking to take my plate. I went, not knowing it was a buffet. I was just hungry. For a buffet and that price, it's a very good deal. I even think the fried chicken is better than the pizza. I was expecting it to be dry and overcooked, but it was perfect. I will definitely be back.
