Was served a spicy chicken sandwich today that was raw in the middle. Only took 1 bite of raw chicken. When I went in to inform them, they offered me another sandwich and double fries. Had to inform them I was 100% not hungry and I wanted my money back. They couldn't figure out how to reverse a credit card transaction so they just gave me cash. This will be the last time I eat Wendy's

Yesterday, my wife and I went to the Wendy's in Stillwater to get the new Dream cycle frosty. It took forever for someone to come to the counter, I ordered the frostys, and when I got them, they were like water. I questioned the employee and he said that the machine was broke. I asked him if you knew that, why would you take my money and try to pass them off like everything was OK. He didn't answer me, he just gave me my money back. This is unacceptable.

Drive-Thru: CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!Ordered Big Bacon Combo : double : large size. Requested Orange Hi-C and they were out of orange products.Quick bag check before leaving showed fries and sandwich. 10 minute ride home to find half filled "large" fry and a "single" sandwich. Glad I upsized my order!!!$15 for a drink flavor I didn't want, basically a medium fry and a single patty burger.This place is going is getting HORRIBLE!Plenty of other places to eat which you should strongly consider unless you want to throw away your hard earned money. Simply pathetic!

Pretty sure fast food is terrible for our health in more ways than one but Wendy’s is yum. A $5 bag is so much cheaper than any other fast food and I love that you can still get a salad and baked potato or chili. FROSTY! ❄️
