I ordered two drinks today with my friend and we got the wrong drinks even though I clarified and the order was repeated back to me. I am a barista so I rarely get annoyed but I paid a lot of money for a drink that was really gross, technically two drinks. I can't even tell if it was the wrong drink or just made poorly at this point but I was so disappointed because this used to be my favorite place to go.

Good service, staff is always friendly. Drinks are always made correctly here. Other locations sometimes fail to make it the way it is suppose to be made, not sweet enough, or something lacking.

A good typical Caribou. Not bad, not excellent or crazy good either. Decent coffee, okay, breakfast food. Better food than Starbucks, but Starbucks has slightly better coffee.Quick, convenient, staff is usually in an alright attitude.Occasionally, they forget something in the drive-through, but not very often.Parking: Small parking lot, maybe 7-14 spots total.

I go to the one in petro near the border every Tuesday and Thursday and get the same drink yet here they say they cant do it how i get it very incompetent since this it the actual store and the other one is inside a truck stop and can do
