This place is not part of the Starbucks rewards program because they are “owned by Hyvee”. Don’t bother going to this place, there are tons of other locations in the area that DO participate in the rewards program.

While inside I was asked to leave when I was only there to ask if they had extra straws for a tumbler it was a simple yes or no questions which they didn't want to answer. If their answer was yes I would of came back in the morning to purchase because I understand they close at 8 but it was rude of them to not answer my question and ask me to leave in such a rude way.

This is the most terrible Starbucks ever. They mess up drinks 8/10 times. I get the same coffee but the price changes every time I come. They’re very slow and every time I go I regret coming.

Food is good , coffee as well. Service is friendly and atmosphere is laid back .Parking: Limited parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking but there is no handicap accessible button for individuals who need extra help. And there is not enough room for a wheelchair to get to/from without bumping into a chair or table so be aware.

Worst location. Awful and painfully slow service. They always upcharge my drink for no reason. I get the same items with the same customization every time at other Starbucks for the same cost. I went there today and they wanted to charge me $11 for an order that is ALWAYS $9.97. When I asked her about this, she said they charge extra for ice, and that Hyvee controls the prices, not Starbucks. Avoid at all costs.

Went to this location yesterday. They had orange barrels blocking drive thru.... so figured okay Ill just go in... as I pull around I see employees in store.... get out the doors are locked!!! Many other customers are doing the same thing... one after another... This location could use someone that could of put up a simple sign on the door or by the cones and stated they were closed for XXXX reasons. We would have understood. This location failed this day.

I’m having a terrible allergic reaction to the dairy in my “dairy-free latte.” Specifically told them it was an allergy (casein AND lactose) and asked for oatmilk. Was charged for the oatmilk, but was clearly given Milk. It’s horrible, and painful, and I’m struggling with work and unable to take care of my kids as a result. Not to mention the havoc it’s wreaking on my body.Absolutely do not go to this location if you have food allergies.Dietary restrictions: Horrible attention to detail with allergens. Made me violently ill.

literally the slowest service EVER!!!! It took 20 min to get to the window with 2 cars in front of us. Then when we get to the window to find out they didnt have the food my daughter ordered. Very frustrating when you need to be somewhere.
