Came here for the Wednesday $5 off burgers. Also they have a good happy hour deal on beers, half price on all tap pours.Ordered onion rings and dill cheese curds for appetizers to share. Both really good. The onions rings are massive and plentiful. Seriously legit onion rings. Could be a meal on its own!For main course 5 Napkin Burger with tots. Allegedly this is a double smash burger.. Sorry but these are not smash burgers. Just because it has two 1/4 patties instead of a 1/2 pound does not mean it is a smashie. Patties were just basic 1/4 pound patties standard thickness. Dissatisfied with this as no char and skirt that one expects. Burger just OK. As for the tots.. Not sure, my meal came with fries. I chose not to complain as they looked good and they were OK. A little soggy, would prefer them more crisp.Overall decent food, but not getting a burger if I come back. I would probably come for happy hour, have a few beers and maybe a appetizer or looks for specials on other nights.Parking: Large place with lots of room to park even when busy.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.

We used to come here all the time. Tonight, we brought some out of town friends. We got here at 6 pm on a saturday. Ordered the BBQ feast. They are literally out of meats at 6 pm when they dont start serving the feast until 4.. The worst management of all time. This place is garbage now. It used to be good...and they still charged us for drinks for their pathetic service.BBQ feast has 5 meats.TurkeyChickenRibsBriscuitJalepeno bratsThey were out of turkey and ribs in 2 hours.Then after ordering ...1 hour later they came back and said they didn't have chicken. Being out of ribs is understandable. Chicken? LolIt's literally the worst management I've ever witnessed. She was rude and didn't apologize or even offer a solution.Update: drove 20 minutes away after this debacle and Ds Smokehouse in Zimmerman had food.

Went on a Saturday night at 6:30, ordered 2 of the feast and were told immediately that they were out of ribs and turkey. We ended up doubling up on 2 other meats but about 40 min after ordering the manager came over and told us they were out of chicken as well. The response they gave was that when they are out they are out. Which she made it sound like it was a regular occurrence, this is poor planning for a night that they know will be busy. So we asked for the bill for our 4 drinks and instead of apologizing and covering the drinks they had us pay for them. We should have known something was up when none of the tables around us had food. Not a very good experience at all and we will not be going back.

The food here was delicious! I loved my Mahi Mahi tacos and my husband's sea bass was delicious. Unfortunately, our waitress had too many tables to cover, one with 15-20 people. We were there an hour with no food, waiting for bread and a couple drinks and water caraf refill. We were not in a hurry, but it would have been nice to have the drinks and bread to munch on while we waited.

Rockwoods is so fun, always!!! We love the food, the atmoshpere, the restaurant, bar, event center. I am so glad we have such a great place here in Otsego! I can't check all the boxes, but I think we have been here for just about every meal.Parking: They have a large parking lot, even on Bonfire Wednesdays you can park behind the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: This is one of those rare places where you can go for fine dining and family dinner and not feel out of place.

It’s so hard to just pick one great thing about Rockwoods! Their staff and the atmosphere is always so inviting. I have been to places where wait times were astronomical, went to Rockwoods and seated immediately every time! It has been a great location for pop up meetings with my employees over great food and drinks. It’s a no brainer, Rockwoods is my automatic go to!
