We went to the bar for happy hour. The bartender, Cassandra, her shift was does at 4. The next bartender that was to replace her, I think was Jack, didn’t relieve her by the time we left, which was almost 5. It was St. Patrick’s day, so he thought he needed to run to the grocery store to get green food coloring to put in the beers for the night. If he thought that it was so important maybe he should’ve stopped before work or sent someone else so she could go home to her family. I was not happy that 3 of the managers that were there didn’t even think of stepping up to the plate so she could get out of there.

My daughter and I sat down for lunch. The atmosphere was just off. You first walk in it didn't look good. They had the silverware out on a table to do it right by the host when you first walk in. Didn't know what to do cuz the host was there and I don't know which table to set us out because the host wasn't there. The price of food was out rages for the atmosphere I was in. So my daughter and I went Roma's and had a great time.

The Server last night ruined our date night.After tipping 20% and giving a 5 star review after paying at the table. The blonde server we had (2/8/24 at 8pm) humiliated us by scolding my wife about not being able to take home our last 2 dishes of food from the all-you-eat for $14,99 special. This was our 3rd time doing this special and the other 2 servers we had didn't have a problem. I think this women maybe was just having a hard time or something. Between vacuuming right next to our table, the mean looks, dry personality, and 20 minutes before she arrived at our table in the beginning. And our last encounter with her. We have decided that since we only go out for a date night maybe twice a month we will sadly not be returning for awhile. I'm sorry Applebee's that with staff shortages you have to hire people like this but remember they are the face of the business and if it were my company I'd be embarrassed. Maybe consider a retraining course in customer service.Also please make sure all staff follow the same rules so the customer doesn't feel like a burden. Thanks.

The food was horrible. It took forever for our food to come out and it wasn't super busy. My husband's food order was wrong not once, but twice. The waitress couldn't remember his order to save her life. He ordered a full rack of ribs with fries and coleslaw. The first plate that came out was riblets with fries. We told our waitress he ordered a full rack of ribs and fries and coleslaw. We waited for the ribs and then she delivered the ribs and said "your mashed potatoes and broccli will be right out". We then corrected her and said we ordered fries and coleslaw. We still got charged despite our order being wrong multiple times. We waited 45 minutes for my husband's food. We ordered 2 sampler platters to share between me and the kids. The parmesan garlic wings were very disappointing. I thought it was supposed to be a dry rub because there was no sauce on the wings themselves. The quesedilla was not good. We got the bottom of the bag for chips. I would not recommend going here if you want a good meal.

Went there waiting for the next Hockey game for husband's grandson. Nice place to waste the time. Bad Bloody Mary says my husband, but great Margarita says me. Blondi dessert was worth the calories.
