I wish they had the interactive experience gaming at the tables like they used to before covid. That was kind of the Allure of why I went to B-Dubs in the first place. I was kind of let down by that but those five blazing hot wings that I had sure made up for what it didn't have.

My husband ordered boneless wings with like garlic. The wins were mush and really spicy. We asked if they were spicy and were told no. I ordered the brisket tacos. $12 something for 3 tiny tacos. They were no bigger than the mini tacos you get at the store. My son got the cheeseburger and that was mediocre at best.

I haven’t been to Buffalo Wild Wings in almost year due to some bad experiences, but today I decided to give it another try.I had a takeout order this morning and when I got there the boy at the desk greeted me very politely and made sure I was taken care of. He was very kind and when my food came out quickly I made sure everything was in the bag and sure enough it was. Not being there for almost a year I had quite a bit of questions about the menu and the boy went out of his way to make sure they were answered, plus I could tell he really knew what he was talking about and it made my experience so much better. At the end I asked for his name and he said it was Jose. I had a great experience and if the employees now are anything like him I’ll have to keep coming.10/10 service and the food was great too!!!

Terrible, slow service. I can not properly describe how poor the experience here was.EDIT: Not only was the service and the food absolutely horrible, but they’ve double charged my card. That was SO nice of them.

Family of three. Got there for dinner around 6pm. We all ordered through the waitress. Drinks came quickly. My husband's meal came out first. 5 minutes later my meal came out. It was over 10 minutes later when my daughter's meal came out. By that time my husband and I were finished with our meal. Waitress was ok but never came back to check on us. My onion rings were soggy and greasy and my daughter's boneless wings were very over cooked, dry and hard.I saw similar issues at other tables of people with their food coming out at different times. So strange. It was a mediocre meal and weird service. Won't be back.

Ordered the 20/20 combo for pickup. Said my order would be done at 4:50. I got there at 4:50. I could tell as soon as I got my bag of food that it had been sitting there for quite some time. Sure enough, everything is cold. I'm also missing my french fries and I asked for sauce on the side and my wings had sauce on them.I just can't even with this level of incompetence. You guys did a spectacular job of messing up my order. never again.

This last time I ordered, I had a great experience ordering online.. no lag no delays no issues with their systems (sometimes more often than not there is one of those issues) however when I went in to get pick up my order The gentleman at the front helped the person in front of me then walked away and came back only after another customer had come in. I had to make sure I wasn't a ghost (lol jk) because he looked right through me to the next customer and got them their pick up order then finally looked at me and said "oh are you here to get something?"The atmosphere is always fun and sporty (as it should be) and the food is great from this location. Nice moist chicken wings both with bone in and boneless.

Amber was our waitress and she was the absolute BEST waitress I have ever had there in all the times I've gone, she's the best of ALL the times i've been to Buffalo Wild Wings. Great service, super friendly, absolutely just amazing. the wings were good and came out fast as well.
