WARNING: if you pull up to the window and see what looks to be an unenthused 14-15 year old guy at the window, check your order. He is the clear sign the B, or even, C squad is in. Every time I've seen him, something is wrong with the order:✅ Things missing from order✅ Drinks are low on syrup, so you are just drinking sparkling water✅ Fries getting put in the bag upside down✅ Witnessed dropping the fries a full foot above the bag✅ Special requests on sandwiches not done(ie no mayo on chicken sandwich)✅ Cold sandwich✅ Cold fries✅ No sauces given by default✅ No straws given for drinksHe clearly isn't making the food. So he isn't solely/directly to blame for some of these things, but he's become a familiar sign that something is about to be wrong with my order. It's like he's the leader of the "C squad"This is all based on a year of experiences..... Otherwise, this is just BK, you like it or you don't.

Order food to take home once I got home my order was all wrong. I ordered a chicken sandwich and two bacon king. I got home and got all bacon king and no chicken sandwich.

I know its Christmas and nobody wants to be working. We ordered our meal ahead of time and live over 30 minutes away. When we got there our food wasn't even ready and we didn't even get everything we ordered.

My sandwich was okay, but the wrapper was covered in grease. My fries were barely warm. The restaurant was filthy. There were no clean tables; the floor had crumbs, debris, and numerous wet or sticky spots from spilled drinks; the trash containers were sticky and had smeared ketchup dried on them; and the beverage bar was dirty, sticky, and missing parts to the equipment. Because I needed a place to be, I sat there for 3 hours. In that time no cleaning was done and things just kept getting worse. I have never written such a poor review as I much prefer leaving positive feedback. The restroom was reasonably clean. That and the tasty sandwich are the best I can say.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot and restroom are readily accessible. There are several tables that would be reasonably accessible as well.

I should have walked out when the loud rap music was playing. I ordered a Whopper meal, and it was $12.00. I unwrapped the burger and the edge was like gristle completely over cooked. As I was eating one of the employees was letting the "F" bombs fly I counted about five. There were no napkins in the dispenser, so I asked who I thought was a manager for a napkin and she replied "we don't have any we won't be getting them in until tomorrow" oh okay I'll just use my pants. I tossed the half burger in the garbage and left.

We ordered from DoorDash last night and after receiving our order, my husband’s sandwich was wrong! We ended up reordering it from DoorDash in hopes of getting it right! We got the second order and it was made exactly the wrong way again! So now my husband had no dinner and we paid for it twice! Also, my daughter’s chicken sandwich was burnt horribly so she couldn’t eat it either so after such a bad experience we just wanted to talk to someone at the store to get it made right and the phone automatically just goes to beeping and doesn’t ring, so I tried calling again this morning and it said the # is disconnected! I am astounded by this and will be going to the store to talk to somebody in person!

Had the Rodeo King which was a decent buger, but when it comes to presentation, not so much.The buger was squashed when I got it, but did taste good.This particular burger has a half pound of meat on it which is insane in itself.The service was good with the cashier being friendly and I didn't wait long, only about 3 minutes for my order.One thing I will add is that they stepped up on their fries and they are much better now with them actually having seasoning.Would come again, but with the whole presentation thing, I think they could really up their game if it looked as good as it tasted.Vegetarian options: Impossible Whoppers have zero beef in them.
My brother was offered a job there and he drove to orientation, got there and was told the GM was in a meeting and was told to call to reschedule... No contact was made with the GM after calling multiple times. He went for an interview a day ago and was told they had 3 or 4 more interviews and apparently wasn't selected. I'd highly suggest you eat somewhere else where management actually cares. He will be emailing corporate.

I don't understand why this location would advertise for something it doesn't have and won't get according to the staff. The spider-verse whopper that they have signs up for both on the outside and the inside of the building for example is false advertising and very upsetting to 9 year old children who want to eat there just for that reason. I won't be giving my money to a place that sets you up to disappoint your kids. Thank you Burger King.

We ordered through drive thru and she got everything right but we didn't decide to look for coupons till we got to the window. And she was patient with us because she had to cancel the original order so she could add the coupon to our order and she did with out complaining.Parking: Always some where to park.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair parking space next to the door for easy access.
