It wasn't busy and we waited a while to get seated. The table area was not clean - sticky, greasy sauce bottles - pepper shaker with dried sauce from who knows when. We ordered burgers and they came out fast. The bun on mine was so soaked with I don't know what I wasn't able to pick up the burger. The burgers were not fresh. Either pre-cooked or microwaved from frozen. The cheese had no flavor at all. The sauce and pickles were good but we already knew that. We buy them at home so greatly surprised and disappointed with the restaurant. We can say we tried it and that was enough.

I'm so sorry that you have to deal with staff shortages and have to hire some people who clearly don't like the public. Your employees are the face of the business and I'd be embarrassed if some of them represented my company. I'm sure I'm not alone on this thought. Please consider a retraining course in customer service. Thanks for reading this.

Got a 3 meat combo 2 sides only got 1 side.The time before we got corn they shoved 2 peices of soaking wet corn that looked terrible plus it soaked the box never seen corn that wet before. Plus the baked potatoe was brown and could not even smash it.Not sure if we will be back like getting to go from famous daves but scared to order again.

I had the Texas brisket plate the meat have no type of flavor not even the smoke taste… I wasn’t offered a second drink and only reason I gave a two star because one of the ladies was nice enough to check ingredients in some of there food but this was highly overpriced I feel I got robbed smh
