The food was cold and garbage was over flowing we put trash on top of the garbage can ,very messy. It also had nasty sauces all over the can it was gross they didn't clean it very good all it was so nasty. I wont go back back here again!

Almost every time I go here my food is messed up or I have to wait an excessive amount of time (20 minutes for a couple cups of mac sauce). Last time they gave me someone else's food and I didn't realize until I had made the 20 minute drive home; I received a 4 piece and small fry instead of the 2 large fries and mcdoubles I had ordered. They also failed to try and make it right when made aware of the issue. This time, they had my food right but this was my burger; a shredded and incomplete meat patty. Very disappointed in how it is being run these days.

This place is run and managed by some late teens ir young 20 somethings that didn't care that they were working. Look it's McDonalds. I only go there when I need some entertainment.
Still a few absent-minded teenagers taking orders... forgettin' stuff like fries & drinks... just give 'em a break... it's their 1st job...Parking: lots...Kid-friendliness: Nice fun PlayPlace... kids burned off some of those fries for about 45 minutes...

Reading lots of negative reviews. Owatonna McDonald's is solid though. I get smiles from the drive-thru staff almost all the time. If you use their app, the whole process goes smooth.
