We ordered a delivery and the driver was so polite and friendly. He even apologized for being late because of icy roads. We were aware of it and not at all concerned about it being late. The pizza was well worth the wait!

Do not, under any circumstances, should you get delivery from this Pizza Hut. The last two times I've gotten delivery instead of carry out, it took over an hour to get it, and the in both cases the pizza was cold. You pay more to get less

Owatonna MN Pizza Hut. Food was good, delivery was bad. I paid for a 20 oz bottle of Mountain dew. Guy brought a 2 liter bottle of Diet Mounttian Dew, I told him I did not want it. He gives me the bill and I said, I want my money back, He said no, I can give you a credit for it. I said no. I want the mountian dew. He said I guess I can go and back to the store and get you your Mountian dew, 20 oz. I said yes please do that. He came back, Left it at the door and rang the door bell and left. He parked on the wrong side of the street each time he came. Pizza Hut just lost my business, he was rude.

I called and I ordered my food it came to me hot and correctly. The price was fair. And they're one of very few companies that will deliver to a truck driver at a truck stop. Wonderful staff on the phone from taking order to the gentleman who delivered to pizza. I can't say enough good about him and the pizza is excellent I recommend this Pizza Hut to anybody.

Good thing there are other pizza options in this town. Closing at 9pm on a weekend? Maybe you should just be open in the evening if you don't have enough staff. And stay open later on weekends.
