First of all let me tell you the food was Awesome!! When we went in the Associates where running around and we stood at the counter around 5 minutes before they came out to wait on us!! He did Apologize...then to hear them talking to each other about how they were going to close early due to the fact that she called off!! It didn't affect our lunch in any means..but sad to think that they would close early because of staffing...at 3pm in the afternoon!! Business was clean food was hot and fresh..

I had dinner with my significant other here, and it's our favorite pizza ranch around. It doesn't get too busy and has a unique style in architecture that's eye-catching. The food was delicious and fresh. The servers were very kind and the restaurant was clean. We enjoyed our night very much eating here! Highly recommend.

I appreciate your buffet but on Monday around 1145am I went to eat lunch and all I heard from the kitchen was the "f" bomb used over and over again about a worker who was in a car accident in Faribault the Saturday before. It went on and on and I did not much appreciate it as the tone of her voice was getting higher and more heated. In an establishment I should not have to hear constant swearing! I do feel sorry for her and her car, her injuries and such but take it outside. My lunch hour is a time to wind down and not be worked up with such language. I've been putting this review off, but it's time to share. So my family and I were in Owatonna on December 28th and decided to go to this particular pizza ranch. We've been to a few different locations and never had an unpleasant experience. So for starters, my family and I arrived, and we were waiting to be greeted/helped anywhere from 7 to 10 minutes! On our left, there were about 3–4 employees (teenagers) on their phones, never looking up. Granted, they could have been on their break. We finally got help, sat down, etc. We were not impressed with the food; the chicken was dry, there was not enough variety of pizza, and the salad bar was pretty sad. I was told three different times that the dessert pizza was coming right out. I kid you not, 20 minutes went by, and the employees said the same thing: the dessert pizza is coming. I sadly never got my dessert pizza.

I typically love coming here with my family but tonight was not okay. For starters the pop machine was spraying carbonation instead of pop and when I told a worker he twisted the thing back on said try again then walked away. Was not fixed. My mil had raw chicken ! Of course she didn’t eat it. Then a child fell and busted his his face open and not a single worker came to see what was going on or offered help! I ran to get help and found not one but 2 employees on there phone one of them was sittin in the corner and had been most of the time we were there which was an hour on his phone. I had to basically yell for help. How this man did not hear the big crash and a child screaming is beyond me but eventually I was brought a bag to put ice in to bring to the parents of the child that fell and go seriously hurt! Absolutely disappointed with tonight and the workers they had on.

Fresh, delicious food at a reasonable price. It's about $15 for an adult buffet, which includes the drink. Everything is self-serve. The fried chicken is fresh and delicious, with moist meat and crispy skin. I particularly enjoy the cheese sticks with their thick marinara sauce. There's a salad bar, dessert bar, and ice cream machine in addition to the fried chicken bar (with chicken and their other sides, like mashed potatoes) and pizza/bread sticks bar.

Not many pizzas on the buffet. Tried to order a pepperoni pizza at 7"15 PM. They refused to make it for me. I gave them my rewards card back. I will never give them my business again. Funny. The pizza ranch in Waseca was willing to make a pepperoni pizza. For free. My wife called there to get the general manager's phone number, because the pizza ranch in Owatonna , Minnesota kept hanging up on her.
