We went to drive through, so fast service , and the employee was nice ...I had a hard taco it was delicious , just too bad coz it's not in survey menue only soft taco in the survey my husband has a soft shell taco not in the survey either

We ordered a new item (grilled cheese nacho cheese fries) we were upset with the quality of our order. There were 6 fries total in the order. My quesadilla was not cut so I went up to the counter to have it cut. The employees heard my husband's complaints about the order and were gathered together talking about us. I got my quesadilla cut and went back to the table. I didn't have a receipt so I went back to the counter to get a receipt so I could do the online survey and Grant was staring me down and complaining to his coworker about me and my quesadilla. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed in a restaurant. It was very unprofessional. As I was leaving I could hear the woman at the counter complaining about another customer. So this must be the environment they are comfortable creating. We have always frequented Taco Bell usually at least weekly but if this is the level of respect they are setting I definitely do not recommend going.

Just driving through town! Ordered 4 chili cheese burritos, 2 cheesy gordita crunches, and 2 happy hour drinks. The food was FRESH AF. The texture is just different and everyone can tell when a gordita wrap has been sitting out. The burritos were chili’ing and melty’ cheesin’ and just bomb. We don’t get those at our local TB in Nebraska, so right away we added 4 to the cart! Lol! Customer service was professional and nice. Dine in area was tidy and clean. Thanks for an awesome meal!
