I visited this location several months ago, and it was so dirty I wasn't even sure I wanted to eat my sandwich. Food all over the floor, mayo smeared all over the counter where you pay, the workers were unkept and clothes covered in pet hair. It wasn't great. That was my first negative experience there. I tried again a couple weeks ago, and when I walked in at 9pm. They told me they were out of bread, so I left. I tried again the following week, and when I walked in at 730om they told me they were out of meat, so I left. I guess I'm done trying to eat here. It needs a serious change in ownership/management. Woof, Plainview Subway. Do better. You're one of the only places to eat in this small town. You could be making a killing in sales, but you consistently operate below average. I'll drive to St. Charles. Can't be worse.

This place is a joke and needs to either just close and be done, do better training, or hire more staff. Was there today and there was literally only one person working during lunch time. I stood there for 15 minutes before finally just walking out.

Good service. The staff here are better than any subway I've ever been to. Good job!

Worst Service. Can't get orders right for mobile... not worth the drive... 30$ of food in the garbage because they're rude and wouldn't fix my order... the food isn't as good as it used to be. i don't understand how hard it is to follow directions and be polite... the ambiance of the place is boring not fun or enjoying to sit and eat. the environment isn't really sleek or nice looking... they need better staff... need to learn how to make orders correctly... someone could be allergic to something you mess up on and then when they try to fix it, you're rude and disrespectful. wont be ordering again from there for a long time. i understand rush hour and everything and it getting busy but pay more attention. Subway do better.

The quality has declined dramatically in the last 6 months or so. I always get a veggie sub with extra veggies. The last few times I've ordered there have hardly been the standard amount on there; let alone extra. Then the last time I ordered for my family, the sandwiches were all a sloppy mess. My partner wasn't even sure how to go about eating their sandwich. It was BAD. And then they suggest tipping....I've tried seeing if that makes any difference in my online orders. It does not. Some of the worst sandwiches I've gotten are when I did tip. I've been hearing about similar experiences from other customers. My suggestion is to check out the bowling alley or Fresh Wok instead.

Great place to work and great staff, however the owner is another story. He won't tell you that you no longer have a job he will have a cop show up to your house and have you trespassed from your own work without any explanation. Don't believe me ask him yourself I'll give picture proof as well. Craig bell is a bad owner and horrible employer.

Didn’t cut my sandwich, got it toasted and it was burnt. Didn’t feel like they cared. Sandwich was also improperly wrapped with the end hanging out.

Tonight I was visiting my mom in Plainview, MN. My Mother, brother, and I arrived at Subway at 9:44pm. People were inside eating, and the car beside us in the parking lot were leaving with their food. The light's were on, and the open sign was also lit. My brother went to go inside, and the young man working told him that "they were closed." The young man then locked the front door, and turned off the lights on the inside of the store, and parking lot. I thought it was very inappropriate of him. I can see if it was 5 minutes to close, but there was a whole 15 minutes prior to the 10pm closing time. We all would have gotten footlong subs. Subway you lost out on our business. We would have spent $30, or more. We then took our business to Kwik Trip. I know I will not be returning to Subway in Plainview, MN again! Especially after how we were treated as customers tonight. Very rude, and highly unprofessional that young man was.

Hands down, the best Subway sandwich we've ever had, with the softest bread, in all of Minnesota. Perfection!

My go-to sandwich is a Veggie Delite, which is literally a salad between bread. The sandwich was made with generous toppings, however fell apart to the point of couldn't pick it up. Place was busy, staff friendly. Can't go wrong with Subway.

Online ordered a sandwich and a salad. I wanted my sandwich toasted, to which it was actually microwaved because they turned their toaster off at 9. My sandwich wasn’t even made correctly. My salad wasn’t chopped, instead I had whole ham slices instead. One of the employee following me to lock the door behind me, even tho they had an hour until close. Was not impressed this time.

just be aware - when you come here you'll be greeted with a horribly written notification on the door - "Dear valued customers. Unfortunately we are no longer accepting printed or digital coupons at this location. Due to the economic situation. blah blah blah." So, they get a new owner, and apparently this owner owns several (8 is what I heard) Subways, and seems to be using inflation as an excuse to not give his "valued" customers a small break on their items... If the owner actually valued his customers, he would offer Two Times Tuesdays - and give customers double discounts on coupons... he doesn't value us, but without us, he has NO customers - I say boycott this joker, and let him really feel what the econmy is doing to the common subway sandwich eater. Also, I suggest the owner actually use Grammarly to help compose sentences. I'm sure any employye could also not expect to get any raise and time soon either "Due to the economic situation" -- Got money to buy another store, but...

Stood there for 5 mins on 9/10/22 while your two employees stood there talking then they walked to the back never said a word to me or anything, waited a few more mins and still nothing. So I won’t be coming back and you won’t get any of my business and my kids won’t be eating there either. Thanks for nothing….
