Drove through and spent over $70 on the family to have our orders be wrong when we get home. Called to try and remedy it but our only option was to come back for it to be changed. Not lugging the kids back out for a $15 order that was totally missing. They didn't give a receipt either.

I agree with a post by a food reviewer with 3 stars max. Although one of my favorite fast food choices, they have become overpriced and sloppy. Everytime I get a Cheddar and Roast Beef sandwich all the meat is piled into a ball on one side of the bun.Also I tries the fried Mac and Cheese which was delicious but for 4 tiny bites for $4.50 is not worth it at all. 6 bited would be. Slowly becoming less of an Arby's fan

it's been a while, but just thought I should share my experience with the chicken slider.... ordered one today, along with some other sliders - The roast beef was all good, but my chicken slider was so tough and chewy I had to keep spitting out the chicken. very disappointed, and since I'm leaving a negative review unfortunately, should mention I was surprised to see my curly fries was not even full. Don't need a whole lot of fries, but I expect the container at least to be filled. appreciate the ability to get a quick bag of ice though.update: trouble submitting official review, and there were good things to mention, but not why I went out of way to provide feedback. just got a free, fresh chicken slider, I'm optimistic, all is good
