The food is good and the concept is great. The problem is the overwhelming smell/odor in the indoor dog park. There is no way someone can sit in there and drink a beer or a coffee. The smell is so overwhelming and just makes it feel really dirty. I don't know if they don't clean the "grass" or ever open the windows but it's downright bad. I hope they can figure out a way to make it better because it's not good and such a bummer because the concept is great.

food and drinks are great! order their chicken wings (dry rub), super juicy! they also serve coffee AND alcohol - the iced Frenchie is delicious too! I gave 4 stars for atmosphere due to not a lot of dogs are here when I would bring my dog. ?‍♀️

I took my rottweiler puppy to their puppy play dates and loved the experience so much! The staff loved seeing all the puppies play and run around. Now she is old enough for the big dog group and I've gone once with her older sister (German Shepard mix), and both had such a great time. me and my fiancé got to enjoy a drink and some food while they still got to burn energy!! Really the best of both worlds. Staff was alert and ready to answer any questions, the people who just regular members are were also very helpful and friendly.Note: This indoor dog park is filled with anywhere between 10-45 dogs within a few hours so in the park does smell like DOG and cleaning supplies. Some better ventilation would be better for this place but also, its clean and safe for dogs to attend so really just more pros than cons for us!!!

The Brew Park is great! We come here with our 8 month puppy frequently to play and for daycare. The staff is very professional and does an awesome job monitoring the dogs. The bar service is very friendly, prompt, and the new option for staff to bring drinks into the play area for you is very appreciated.Overall, brew park is a welcoming place for both you and your dog. Between the staff, dog loving patrons, and dogs of all types and play styles, any curious dog owners should check it out!

Poor experience with a staff member inside the dog park on more than one visit.

Great atmosphere, great food, great pups.. Love the food & drink area where you can relax but still watch your dog(s). Every guest loved dogs and interacted with them in a fun & positive way. The staff was excellent. Well definitely visit again.

Prepare your nose when you walk into the play area, it's an indoor dog park. But at the same time, IT'S AN INDOOR DOG PARK!!!!first time there and loved it. Food was delish, and you can watch the dogs play thru the windows, or enter the play area yourself get them all wound up. My pups loved it.

I have been at the park few times, and I am not impressed. It seems that every time there is something frustrating. First, you are not allowed to use electrical collars. I understand the risks, but my dog was trained to recall when we beep his collar. We never shock him. The staff does not understand canine behavior at all. I understand that they are trying to avoid fights, but the way they approach the dogs to separate them, can actually cause a fight. Moreover, I have a pitbull, and he was the target of the one of the staff members the last time we were there. At same point, the person pulled my dog away from another dog, because they were sniffing each other. No growling, no teeth showing, no fur erection, anything. The dog had arrived into the park, and my dog was greeting him. As a veterinarian, I am very disappointed with this park, considering it is part of an animal hospital corporation. I only go there because it is the only indoor park in the area. I never had any of this issues with Unleashed Hounds and Hops in Minneapolis. Also, they only check dog’s vaccination, but not intestinal parasites test, which is absolutely wrong, specially because they use fake grass. It is impossible to remove all the fecal material from it, and it can potentially spread intestinal parasites from a dog to others. Lastly, it smells really bad in there. The smell of ammonia from all the urine is very strong. I like the idea of using fake grass, so the dogs have more traction when they are running, but it is very difficult to clean it well.

This place is amazing!! I was impressed with how clean the indoor dog park area was. Staff were super friendly and pet rangers were very quick in handling potential situations with the dogs so everyone involved was safe and the dogs had fun. The food was delicious as well. I would come back in a heartbeat!

I've been coming here for a year and a half, the food is basic but they have nice drink options, and the staff have alway been super friendly. Unfortunately, today I was only there for 40 minutes. I received a text message asking me to take my dog for a 10 minute walk and then another one 9 minutes later more sternly. This was while I was sitting at a stool watching his actions and I would have gone into the room if I saw him causing trouble.I have seen dogs jump on the high tables inside the park, I have seen dogs be put into the fenced area for breaks, and I have seen dogs be held back/petted by staff which must have be a way to calm them down for a minute. From all of my visits and with my friends I've never heard someone being texted to take their dog outside. It's clear the staff member wasn't trained to handle the amount of dogs there on her own. I'm offended by the staff who were so nonchalant about this situation that they never addressed it to my face when I went to get my dog or turn in my number (I decided to cancel my food order and leave after the 2nd text). After I left I text the number back asking to have a manager call me and 3 hours later no call back. I do daycare, grooming and Hops and Hounds all the time with no issues. I won't be back.

This visit/review has been a LONG time coming - my dogs and I were members of a different local indoor dog park and when our memberships expired, we decided to try out Brew Park. I have been keeping up with this place and their updates since they opened! We were pleased to see that the January entrance fee was $10 instead of $15 (not sure about additional dogs as I just brought my one dog). I was wondering how it would be upon walking in as a first time visitor but the staff were great from the second I walked in, not overbearing but informative and supportive! Our questions were answered before we even had them! Within minutes of walking in, my dog Bart was a bit shy and with the dogs who rushed to greet him, I found that most owners came forward to keep their dogs from overwhelming him, supporting them in greeting my dog calmly. Staff in the play area came up to say hello shortly after entering the space, asking his name and about him, which was very appreciated and their interest felt very authentic. Throughout our couple hours, they regularly came up to encourage play with Bart, to say hello to him, or ask about him - that felt great as a dog parent! I also felt that dog owners were present and quick to intervene if needed. The space truly felt sooo calm over the 2-3 hours we were there. There was one instance where a dog got pretty loud/aggressive with my dog (unexpectedly, they had been playing on and off all night). The owners intervened right away (and the staff were there immediately), the owners removed the dog, and they left. Staff checked our doggy and he was fine, just lots of noise but no contact. They supported him as he got comfortable again in the space. First of all, we will return! A couple things that made us decide on 4 stars was the potty breaks are through the front door, they don't have a door in the play place to use, you will have to go through the front doors to bring your dog to go potty. Another things is that it is a bit more expensive than other local indoor dog parks but they do offer more and their food/drink prices are less so it balances out! They also offer daycare and boarding among other things which is really nice. One thing was there was a unique smell when entering the play area, it went away quickly but was very apparent. I did see all dog owners spray (with what looked to be a pre prepared cleaning solution in a spray bottle) all potty accidents. We will encourage others to check it out and will return, a big thing was the lovely staff.

Good idea, poor execution across the board. The dog play area needs an additional gate after the entrance to make it easier for new dogs and people to get in. There were staff specifically at the door to help with this process but another gate would’ve done the trick. The play area is turf, which is interesting. Staff are very good at cleaning anything up right away but you get an overwhelming scent of chemicals and dog urine in this play area. And since they douse any poop/pee spots with cleaning solution, stepping in this area on accident will lead to wet shoes/socks, which is disgusting. I do give credit to the dog area staff though, they are very attentive and make sure to separate any problem dogs.I have a major issue with the food. The menu was designed to be quick and easy bites, which should translate for the kitchen staff to have fast turnaround, as cooking time should really be assembly time - think sandwiches, fries, appetizers, etc. Instead, it took 45 minutes for us to receive our food, and it was very average at best. The girl who was supposed to bring us our coffee just left it on the counter behind her and seemed annoyed when we asked about it.Which brings me to my final point: we were instructed to pay for our food and dog visit when we checked out, but this just creates a hilariously inefficient bottleneck. You have lines of people trying to check-in, but you also have people trying to check-out at the same time, and the lobby is not big enough for this type of traffic. It would make much more sense to pay for the admission at check-in, and then pay for food in the restaurant itself. Just silly decisions like this made our visit more irritating than it needed to be.I do think the aesthetic and dog staff are good, but the execution in other operational areas is clearly lacking. If you’re looking for a dog park with better food and more space, Unleashed in Minneapolis does it much better.

This is my favorite place to visit! The food can get a little pricey, but it is delicious... Also I have never met an unfriendly employee! It's so nice how the staff remembers you and your dog! The events throughout the week are amazing and fun!
