Nobody in the resturant except three workers and myself. The store opens about 20 minutes ago. There are signs everywhere when you walk into ORDER here. Well I waited at the spot, made eye contact with 2 people and sat there. Nobody wanted to take an order, please were writing inventory down, looking at the floor. Idk what was going on but very rude and uncomfortable environment to be in. Why have all these signs and people but not one person wants to talk to the customer and ask what I wanted. After 6 minutes I went across the street to Starbucks.

If you live in the Golden Valley, New Hope, Plymouth or Maple Grove area I highly recommend this location. The restaurant was very clean, organized and tidy. The service was fast and efficient. They had every type of bagel available and my fiancé said her Western sandwich was one of the best ones she’s ever had. Very happy with our experience here and will be coming back!Parking: Parking lot is accessible from back road, but relatively easy to find. Parking was easy and there were a lot of spaces to choose from.

The staff here are hit or miss. Some are very nice, while others don't even greet you when you walk up to the register. Also the food here is usually pretty good, but I have had some not so good bagels from here before.

I found the store to be quite dirty. The floor was quite dirty and the bathroom toilet was totally disgusting. The cashier was totally fine and the bagels are always good but the dirtiness turned me totally off.

If you can get the bagels they are great. However this store seems to have major issues figuring out how to make sure they don't run out even when they are still supposed to be open for 3 more hours. I get not having bagels if I come close to closing but coming in at 11:30 you should be able to get bagels. They are also so slow. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to fill an order. I hope they can figure things out as I really do like their food.

Seriously???. Is it that hard two mess up 2 simple bagels. You screwed up my order and made it backwards. Both bagels were wrong. It's not like they were busy. Won't be back.
I hadn’t been in this location for years. It was so depressing. It was FILTHY. Like I feel a little concerned eating my sandwich filthy. Grease and crumbs on the counter under the glass when the customer stands. Some kind of dust or mold collected on the ceiling. Grease caked filthy vents. Dust everywhere. And the dining room furniture just piled there but unavailable to use as it said the dining was closed. The manager cited short staffing although there was barely a customer there….
