Typical Chick-fil-A. The grilled nuggets were very flavorful and juicy. The waffle fries were good. Lemonade was great! Always worth a stop if you’re nearby and hungry.

I ordered from this location and called them after receiving half of my order and the wrong items, I spoke with a female manager and she stated they would correct the issue by sending me something in the mail and through email. Still to this day I have yet to get anything. They are liars, I work hard for my money and to be lied to is ridiculous I don't recommend this location to anyone.

Enjoy my 20 photos! This is my 1st time at this location. It was clean, everyone was so nice. And patient! My older friend, it was her first time here, and even though she looked at the menu ahead of time, you're staff was still patient with her! Thank you!!

Their spicy deluxe chicken sandwich is the best thing, ever! My kids love the nuggets and their shakes. My husband loves the grilled nuggets because they're gluten free. Yesterday was our first experience eating at any Chick-fil-a. We stopped at the Plymouth location as we had an appointment nearby. Great experience! Clean restaurant, good food and great service. Alex took our order and was very patient and informative, when we told him this was our first time eating here and needed some info on the choices. I wish more fast food places had employees that were as well trained and helpful as Alex was. We will certainly return sometime when we are in the area again.

Super upset that today when I went here for lunch, they refused a special request. I eat here several times a week, not always at this location, but due to a gluten allergy that my boss suffers, this is her favorite place to eat. Anyway, I have been enjoying their veggie wrap, and order it often, but I don't care for their multi-grain tortilla, so I ask to have it in a flour tortilla, which they serve their breakfast wrap in. Every other Chick-fil-A has substituted for me with no problem, but not Plymouth. When I asked the cashier, she told me she would check with the front manager, and she talked two 2 people, neither of whom would address me personally, and she came back and told me (which I also overheard, since they were only standing a few feet away) the answer was no. I said I didn't understand, because it had been done at other Chick-fil-As, but she said they were prewrapped and it was too much work. I didn't really understand that, and wanted to post this review because if it can be done at one location, it can be done everywhere! Obviously, they don't care about good customer service at this location. Will not be going back!!!

This place has repeatedly messed up my order. Once, they handed me someone else's order, forcing me to return and exchange it. On a few occasions, they've only given me half of what I ordered.
