They took like an hour to get me my food and they pretty much gave up on figuring out who ordered what.

It took an HOUR to get our complete order. We arrived at 8:30 and didn't leave until 10.This was the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Ever. I wish I was being dramatic, but I'm not.For background, I'm normally a DQ fanatic. It's often my favorite fast food choice, but I was extremely let down with this location.I placed my order online to be picked up inside because I was in an antisocial mood. I ordered the 6-piece chicken strip basket with fries and two gravies (my partner and I were planning on splitting this; keep note of this for later), 2 chili cheese dogs, a kids chicken tender meal, two blizzards, and a soda. The mobile app said our food would be ready at 8:45. I walked in and waited an extra 10-15 minutes before anyone came to help me. They served about 10 new orders for ice cream as they walked in before helping me. I was then told that the order wasn't ready yet and it would be a little bit. I thanked them and watched as they started the order. Another 15 minutes later, I finally had my food.I brought everything out to the car, and we all started eating. I didn't get both of the gravies, so I went back in to ask for another. They got me another and I went back outside. When I tried dipping my chicken in it, it was cold and congealed. My partner also noted that there were only 4 chicken tenders. Since we were sharing, I opted to go back in and mention it. I asked them if they could get me two more chicken tenders and warm up the gravy. They apologized and said they'd make me the missing chicken from the order. They immediately warmed up the gravy, and I waited 20-30 minutes (I swear I'm not making this up) for the chicken while the employees all gave me the side eye without asking me what I was waiting for. Finally, someone asked, and I got my chicken.Of course, by the time I got back outside, the rest of my food was cold, the ice cream was melted, and the warmed up gravy was still the wrong, gross texture. To top things off, the hot dog was pathetically covered with chili and the toast wasn't cut in triangles (triangles always taste better, and it's a DQ signature with their toast). We ate quickly and finally left at 10 pm.

Since there's no revourse in the app or on the website that I can find regarding order errors, I guess a review will have to do. I was excited for the bogo bluzzard deal until they absolutely got one of the blizzards wrong. Staff was quick and pleasant enough. Restaurant was clean. I just wish they hadn't messed up my blizzard order.

I love Dairy Queen, but this particular location might be the most poorly run retail establishment in the entire Twin Cities. It’s as if they thought to themselves, “let’s find the most incompetent people we can and then hire all of them!” The staff is generally rude, slow and consistently disappear into the back of the store being no where to be found while you wait for service. It’s not uncommon to see a line of cars 10 deep and 15 deep at the register. When this happens, plan on waiting 30-45 minutes for your food/ice cream. The dining area is generally neglected with dirty tables everywhere. They have been out of chocolate ice cream the last 3 times I’ve been there, most likely because the staff is too lazy to fill the machine. I absolutely hate coming to this location but I have kids and there aren’t any other options in the area. Please, someone needs to open an ice cream shop close by because this place is a miserable experience from top to bottom.

This is the worst DQ I have ever visited! Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. At least 5 cars gave up waiting while I was in line. I believe the employees purposely go slow hoping people will bail so they don’t have to make their order. Who is the manager of this location and why is it so bad?! Someone needs to address this location. It’s an embarrassment to the DQ brand.

5+ employees working on a Wednesday night yet still waiting to order at the counter. Worker was surprised I was a "regular customer" instead of a Door Dasher. Older worker was sitting at a table having a loud conversation with someone while 3 of us stood at the counter waiting to be served.Ordered 2 blizzards and they were super watery.0/10 would never go back.

Rating the current average. I did not attend this location but wanted to bring attention to the fact that reviews do impact your business. We decided to go to another dq based on these reviews and will not ever come to this one.

I was 4th in line at the drive thru and it took me over 25-30 minutes. I only ordered 2 small blizzards. So frustrating. By the time I got up there the blizzards were half melted and not even full.

I ordered a bday cake from DQ Plymouth and it was not delivered. However they provided me with a free cake and candles on the spot. Thank you so much for making my daughter bday work.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a Dairy Queen. The staff is not friendly, scattered brained, and lacks basic communication skills. The lobby is very dirty. I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Severely understaffed- had 2 employees working both the front and the drive through. It was a 20 min wait inside just to order and there was only 1 person in front of us. Very unfriendly. When they finally took our order, his comment was “what do you want?” Out of chocolate ice cream, grape flavoring, didn’t have the misty slush machine running and had to wait for them to start it up, a tray of random dirty equipment parts on a cart right behind the counter, office door in the front wide open with junk all over, filled people’s food orders in front of our ice cream, tables were absolutely gross- 2 mildly clean ones in the whole place. Waited another 20 minutes for our ice cream and had to remind them to get it for us. I never write reviews but this was horribly disappointing & icky.
