My pizza was over 1.5 hours late. I’ve been on hold with the store for over 28 minutes to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Overcooked pizza. I order Pizza from this location on weekly basis. Most staff are friendly which make me pick this location for my pizza orders. This Month and for the second time I got overcooked pizza. I didn't say anything first time but today i checked it and was overcooked and burned and I told both guys were there and they both were arguing me with me saying that Pizza id fine. Very low customer service trying to convince me Pizza is fine. I suggest Manager or owner should retrain on how to cook and how to deal with customers.

I had a delivery tonight and it may have taken a bit longer,but my food was still warm and the delivery driver Marques was very professional and apologetic which was very nice and not long after eating I got an email stating the store was sorry that the delivery wasn't up to par. And honestly that's amazing customer service. I was in the pizza scene in both kitchen staff,delivery and management and seeing great customer service like that isn't seen much anymore let alone recognized anymore. So thank you to the Vicksburg dominos team for caring so much and for a great friday night dinner.<3

I ordered a pizza, what I call brookies, and a pop. The driver came to my apartment, went to the wrong building to start, then drove right past my building marking the order as complete. I had to call the store to be told he felt uncomfortable delivering here because his life was threatened in the past. I found this lack of communication unacceptable. If that's the case, he shouldn't be a driver.I've had many experiences where the drivers go to the wrong building. There's only 2 buildings here so how hard can it be???

Great pizza and service received from this location today. Love the Parm Bites, they were my favorite. We ordered pickup and the order was ready as promised. Will definitely be back!

Girl at the counter was kewt, but at first she didn't understand my name, and forgot to include the pizza sauce I had ordered (didn't discover this until I got home).

They are doing the best with the little help they have in the store. Its clean inside and they are always super nice even when they are super busy. Just one thing I didn't really enjoy was the person that answered the phone when I called to place an order. Either it was really busy or he was tired, but I couldn't understand a word he was saying.

Worst pizza I've ever had! I ordered a large double pepperoni and mushroom hand tossed for carryout. No double pepperoni, barely any cheese, cold, a large dough buble right in the middle of the middle and cut very lopsidded (i.e. some very thin slices, some ridiculously wide). Absolute F- pizza! I threw it away after eating two slices. Tasted horrible!
