We were greeted immediately by two very friendly and smiling staff as soon as we entered. We were quickly seated even though they were fairly busy as it was lunchtime. I had the buffet comma and I highly suggest that you do too, it is a very good deal. They're over a dozen various items, from Currys and Baltis to a great selection specialties items like chicken vidaloo and mushroom masala. The Samosas were flakey and delicious. The Naan was also delicious and made just right, firm but not stiff, toasty but not burnt. The buffet is well priced and all you can eat. We were never rushed and the tables were cleared often but unobtrusively while we ate. The staff here are the best. The location is easy to get to, and plenty of free parking. If you're in the mood from some really good Indian food from an excellent establishment. India Palace in Plymouth MN is "the" place to go.This is definitely on El Gato's top 5 for places to eat in the west metro suburbs.5-Stars:Especially and highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!

We came to India Palace Plymouth for their lunch buffet - it's a gem! As soon as we entered, our group of four was stunned by the ambience which features a beautiful and clean interior adorned with classical Indian paintings. Coupled with the food, our visit felt like a journey through the flavors and aromas of India.Foodwise, the star of the show is the dry beef, which is hard to come by at Indian restaurants. The beef is marinated in a rich blend of spices and cooked with precision, leading to a melt-in-your-mouth experience which is hard to come by. The Tandoori chicken hit the spot. It's not too spicy and was piping hot. I loved how the roasted onions that garnish the chicken provided a boost of umami flavor. samosa appetizers were also outstandingThe naan bread is a testament to the culinary prowess of their chefs. The variety is impressive, ranging from the classic Garlic Naan, rich and aromatic, to the decadent Peshawari Naan, stuffed with nuts and raisins, offering a delightful contrast of flavors and textures. Each naan is baked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and a soft, fluffy interior that complements the entrees perfectly. Also inspiring are the condiments. Each condiment, from the tangy mint chutney to the sweet and spicy mango pickle, is crafted to enhance the flavors of the dishes, adding layers of complexity and depth that elevate the dining experience to new heights.Service at India Palace is nothing short of excellent. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcome, providing recommendations and insights into the menu that enhance your meal. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the dining experience make a significant difference, contributing to an atmosphere that is warm and inviting.

This is mine and my daughter's favorite Indian Restaurant. One time my order got messed up and the owner fixed it with no problems at all!!! We go here any time we want an amazing authentic Indian meal. Our favorite is matar paneer and we order garlic Naan to dip in it.

They have a nice variety of food, on the buffet, however the flavors just aren't as developed as most Indian restaurants. Nothing was bad, but nothing was exceptional. It was almost like the flavors were watered down.If someone else wanted to go, I wouldn't put up a fight, but I also wouldn't suggest it . Which is sad. I really wanted to like this place.

I got the tikka masala, it was good. But the young man on the phone had an attitude when I called and gave me the dirtiest look when picking up my food. They also charge you to get a fork? Unheard of in my opinion, that should just come with the meal.

Absolutely loved having dinner here. The servers are friendly and it seems like a family-oriented business. The vegetable samosas are yummy and the mango lassi hits the spot!! For dinner I had the goat tikka masala with spice level 4 and it was very wholesome and flavorful. I like that the goat meat wasn't just bones and it was cooked well! And you can't forget their soft and tasty naan bread!! *chef's kiss* The butter chicken is also really good! Overall I would give this place a 5/5 and would highly recommend.

Had a great experience last night at India Palace. We received some good news and wanted Indian food to celebrate! Once again I ordered butter chicken and it was delicious. I got a spice level of 3 and it was the right spice for me. My partner got the goat tikka masala with a spice level of 4 and we shared a mango lassi and vegetable samosas (not pictured). The servers were nice and prompt, they made sure our water glasses were filled and I appreciated their service. Officially our go to spot for getting Indian food!

WOW I've lived in Plymouth for two+ years now and unfortunately never tried the local Indian food scene. Unfortunate because I'm now in love... and have to face the reality that I waited this long to meet India Palace. I ordered the Chicken Madrasi and (naturally) a side of garlic naan to soak up any leftover sauce from the main dish. Being the tough guy I am - I went with the "Indian hot" or the "very very hot" on the restaurant's heat spectrum. Go big or go home, right? Post meal - my nose is a little runny, my tongue is tingling, and my lips are slightly numb. My stomach. Full and happy. Pure perfection! I should've napped before writing this - but I couldn't wait. The Chicken Madrasi was AMAZING. Not only did the heat meet my expectations (where so many places fall flat as Minnesota "nice spice" level), but the flavor was sooooo good. Delicious some would say. The complex spice combo hits your taste buds wonderfully. Every piece of chicken and little onion, pepper, and tomato popped with flavor. I mixed the heaping pile of rice with the sauce and dug in further. I simply couldn't stop attacking this dish! I honestly wish I could've ordered the rice already doused in the Madrasi sauce. Next time I'll ask. Could be a six star review. While it was difficult to stop chowing down and put my fingers to the keyboard - I have leftovers for tomorrow and boy am I just as excited as I was tonight to continue spooning mouthfuls. Check this place out. Bring your stretchy pants. And be ready to cry happy, aromatic tears. Indian food is in Plymouth and it is FOR REAL!

The chicken ? was not properly cooked, and once you chew on it, the taste and smell is like you chewing on a raw chicken.
