I have had better experience and taste at Subway where I can see and request what I want. IDK, maybe it's just because I am used to it, but I did find out they automatically assume that everybody likes mayo. I am sure you can ask them to hold it, but why not have people tell you what they want on it instead. Oh well, lesson learned, and it was only about a $10 lesson, so not too bad. I may try it again since it is so conveniently located to my work, but maybe I should try to go online and build it myself next time.

If you know about food, dont go to this place...The amount of food for your money and quality is very poor. Better places for better price, quality and atmosphere can be found near by. I came here a year ago, I live near by. I rader drive 8 min down the road for real quality food. "jersey mikes club"

I regularly order from this location as it's near my office and it's convenient. Their sandwiches are good and they're generally fast to deliver. I like them. However, I have had plenty of issues... Multiple times they've forgotten to deliver sides, freebies, drinks, and straws for drinks. And today, you'll see in the photo, I finished my drink to find these strange brown chunks of something in the bottom. Maybe it was good they forgot a straw again because if I weren't drinking from the cup I would've drawn these things in my mouth. Gross!Despite all of these issues, I've still been a regular customer. That might change because of this.

I was the only customer there when I walked in. The three employees did not greet or really acknowlege me either. The whole interaction with the employees was not great, it was weird. The cashier was also sort of rude. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because my food was ready very quickly.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery and put in the notes "bring change for a 50" driver shows up and acts like she has no knowledge of that and then tells me they don't carry anything larger than a 20. That's fine, but maybe you should read your delivery notes before you leave the store and call the customer. Driver was unprofessional, rude, and had no solutions to the problem she created by not doing her job before leaving the store. I won't be doing business with this location anymore.

As with most Jimmy John’s this restaurant was well lit, clean with music that’s always a bit too loud for me, but the staff is great, energetic and they prepared wonderful sandwiches.Parking: Plenty of parking is available since it’s part of a small strip mall.

I had ordered 5 sandwiches and they expected me to bag my own food. They rolled their eyes when I asked if I could have a box since I had 5 sandwiches, 3 drinks, 2 bags of chips and 3 cookies.
Food safety standards really lax - someone with unbound hair who kept touching her hair and face, someone eating at the line while making my sandwich, and I was asked to reach over the counter for napkins. Also, not freaky fast. Friendly people, but I’m grossed out. Won’t be back.

I have ordered from this location several times whether it was for a large meeting or just for myself and they have never disappointed. I have ordered for delivery and pickup, always on time, always so kind and not to mention, their food is amazing!Vegetarian options: They have a wonderful veggie sandwich but you are also able to take any sandwich and make it how you'd like.Kid-friendliness: They have lots of smaller sandwiches that are great for kids and allow modifying of the sandwich as well.Dietary restrictions: They have so many different add on's and you are able to create something that works for you.

I love JJs but this one sucks. I live about 2 min away but still drive to the golden valley location because it’s so much better. Wacky hours, mediocre sandwich prep (super light on sauces, heavy on lettuce, build quality lacking), slower than most JJs, and standoffish employees to top it off.

Waited 40 minutes for a sandwich before having to leave so I wasn't late for work, Was told they would void out the order. Got charged for the food I never recieved. I've emailed corporate multiple times being told that the stores owner will reach out bit haven't heard anything. This location is run by a clown.
