Don’t listen to the negative reviews on here, this is the best papa Murphey’s location I’ve been to. The staff is polite, up-beat, and always have the food ready when I get there. Great pizza too, we come here every week!

I was looking forward to Papa Murphy's as I live out of state and don't have one close. I got the Gourmet Chicken Garlic. When I picked it up I noticed it was lighter than normal. It was bland, had little sauce and chicken. The crust was like a frozen pizza. It was a very disappointing visit.

Do not be fooled by the 7:30 pm close time. I BET THOSE MFERS LOCK UP 30 MINUTES EARLY because they just don’t care about customers who want a pizza later at night, like their competitors Pizza Hut and Domino’s do. I got there at 7:25 pm, 5 minutes before a 7:30 pm close, and the door was locked and the lights were off. Oh, and if you would like to order ahead by calling in, which is a nice convenience, they will ALMOST NEVER PICK UP THE FVCKING PHONE! This Papa Murphy’s is going downhill fast. And you know what I did the night that I wanted a pizza at 7:25 pm? I drove my ash over to the other Plymouth Papa Murphy’s by HyVee, which was open until 8 pm, and walked into an open store and ordered a bloody pizza!

The pizza wasn't that good they gave us the wrong pizza. You can barely even taste the pineapple on the pizza. Our pizza kinda was watery too. And our pizza had a hair on it??

I’ve had better from other locations, but it wasn’t bad. The girl at the register was sweet, but there were men yelling in the back so loudly that I could hardly hear her. Definitely a little off-putting. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt since the game was on at that time so maybe that’s what they were yelling about lol. They put random Canadian bacon on my pizza even though I didn’t order it.

No recent reviews so here's an update---- nothing's changed!! Snarky kids making pizza, at their own pace and time. Talking to friends is more important than people waiting. I ordered online, walked in about 20min later- guy didn't have any thing in front of him-- waiting for someone to walk in. Told him I ordered online 'OH, just got it!' friends came in and he proceeded to talk to ..and touch them with the gloved hands he's making my pizza. ?!? I get my pizza @8 minutes later, it's wrong! Told him it was special order and he proceeds to tell me that I'm wrong. Seriously? Wise words to a pubescent boy who may want to have a relationship in the future- "SNAP OUTTA IT!" and say, yes ma'am. He remade my pizza, but it was still wrong. $40 worth of food (and tip!! ) and my family better Eat this food!
Great spot ? some young workers but they know how to do there job thats for sure ? pizza is top notch hear and so is that desert for sure highly recommend this place

Loved it!! All staff are very young but super sweet! Pizza was so good. They have great deals like 10 dollar Tuesday!! I highly recommend eating at this location!!!

We really like papa murphys in Maple Grove. I accidentally ordered from her ( Nathan Lane plymouth) and canceled the order within a minute, realizing I ordered from the wrong location in plymouth.They still charged me $27, and after calling and calling leaving messages, I guess the manager or owner or whoever is okay stealing money that rightfully isn't there's. I never got their product and they don't want to refund my money. This was a month ago. Refunds are usually within a few days.
