I went to Qdoba Plymouth today and was told by the 2 employees there that they dont do extra rice. if I wanted extra rice they would have to charge me an entire additional meal for the extra scoop of rice even though it's an option to do extra rice on the website.

I go to Qdoba at least a few times a week, I’ve been to this particular one at least half a dozen times, I receive piss poor service every time, in the interview process they must ask for the most unfriendly rude people they can find. I walked out this time and didn’t wait for my food. Will never waste my time or money at this location again. This location is one that would be best switched over to a completely computer automated process.

For National Burrito day, these guys rocked!! Even though some looked exhausted, they all happily made everyone's food to order. Note was way worth it to stand in the line inside vs dealing with ther on line wait! Rockford Road Qdoba is AWESOME!!!

I went here for a late lunch, and I was the only one in line. But once I got up to order, the staff ignored me, and then looked annoyed that I was there. It was frustrating, so I just left after a minute or so. I mean its not like they were busy. Why they didn't even bother to say hi was rude. Needless to say, it was a waste of time.

Today I went to buy something to eat, the only friendly person is the one who starts the order, a very smiling brunette.The other very arrogant person adds the food with disgust and she is only kind to the white customers. If she smiles at them, she is stupid. I don't know if she is Latin or Asian. I hope they teach her to be kind to everyone.
