I ordered through drive through and said a dirty chai with cold foam and oat milk. I repeated my order again after she just said “a venti chai?” And get up to the door and I have a iced chai - which I wouldve been okay with but I wanted oatmilk and a cold foam. I had specified how many shots at the drivethru as well. So I get up to the door and the person was very rude when I said this wasnt my drink, it was an iced chai. Mariam was absolutely amazing. My sister and I went to grab a coffee here. Mariam was so kind and asked us how we were and what we had planned for the day. She was very personable and truly made our day. We were unfortunately funeral planning today and Mariam created such a light during our really hard day. Such a small gesture, but it made a huge difference in our day. Mariam, thank you so much, we can tell you have a heart of gold.
