We tried to eat here this morning (3/23/24) and were refused service because they "just couldn't serve us." They had tons of empty tables and we even offered to be split up but then they said they "didn't have enough servers". We had 2 families so a total of 4 adults and 5 kids. There were at least 10 more people behind us in line and 10 in front of us who were seated before they told us they couldn't serve us. We wasted about 30 minutes to try to go there for brunch so I will never bother attempting to go here again. What a waste.

The best hot chocolate I’ve tasted! We always eat here on our way out and the hot chocolate is a must! This time I ordered the eggs Benedict with hashbrowns. I was not super impressed by the eggs Benny since the English muffin didn’t feel very toasted. It had some flavor but pretty average. The options are the menu aren’t very diverse, but they hit all the classics. It’s a nice seating area too that’s bright and open. It’s always busy in the mornings on the weekends, sometimes you’ll have to wait for a table.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu included

Your typical American food, with a side of salt and black pepper.

This cafe/diner is far and away the best option for any meal while in the casino. It is open and airy with more than enough seating to keep wait times in check. The menu is perfect as it offers quick options that make you feel as if you're enjoying a nice sit down meal. Omelettes are a win at breakfast time while my favorite item on the dinner menu is the hot open faced turkey sandwich with stuffing. And don't get me started on the deserts! All reasonably priced with friendly and attentive servers.

Stopped in tonight 2/3/24 at 4:30 pm the host took us to the furthest back table on the outside part of the restaurant. Sat us there we waited and waited and waited. The server we were supposed to have was too busy chatting with friends for 30 minutes then walked past and never said anything. The host older gentleman’s also looked over twice he knew we had not been served never came over. Funny how a mystic player card holder and customer and they DONT CARE. Do not recommend this cafe and not going back. If you are going to have employees like this you will not last or at least not have happy customers.

If your unable to make a food purchase online in 2024 then the ToGo/Bartender should be readily available to take an order. The front host should notify the ToGo person when there's a customer or there should be a doorbell on the ToGo counter to alert staff of a waiting customer. Not to mention with customers sitting at the bar, the Bartender should be there readily available to upsell them more drinks. And if Mystic is so cheap to charge $1 for a tiny side of ranch, $1 for a ramakin of Blue Cheese and $1 for enough Buffalo sauce to cover my dry a$$ buffalo wings, then the container SHOULD AT LEAST BE FULL.The last time previous to this visit the cook served me runny scrambled eggs. After waiting over 20 minutes I couldn't believe the cook couldn't manage to actually cook two eggs scrambled. My wings again weren't saucy at all, but dry. This restaurant is becoming just as disappointing as Fusion Asian and the dog food they serve daily. I'm not sure whos in charge but the food quality including the Pho, Chicken Sesame, Mandolin Beef and any order of rice are now less than subpar with a high price tag.Yesterday the management couldn't even seem to place an accurate order of Pho without tripe. The food and quality is such a disappointment. It's ridiculous that the sub and pizza bar aren't open later but the Asian place that consistently gets orders sent back is open late. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS TEAMS.

Absolutely the worst Ruben ever!!! Cut with the grain instead of against the grain, like chewing shoe leather.

Exceptional food, Exceptional service, not too loud. The mixed drinks were notably good. We got the Siesta, Hiawatha Sidecar, and the Walk Me Down. To eat we got the Pork Valencia, the Adult Mac & Cheese and the burger. Of them, the burger was the most normal, but still very tasty. There was not a bad part. We enjoyed it

Be prepared for a very long wait, marginal service and fair food. We stayed in the hotel to attend a wedding but was very disappointed with this restaurant.
