World class food and service. Stephanie and Jen were amazing! They made sure our party's every need was met, including bringing us soup from a neighboring restaurant! If that is not going above and beyond, I don't know what is! My fillet was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. Everything was delicious and perfect!

I’ll never go back here. For the price they need to really get better cooks. I ordered a steak medium- my steak was well done. Didn’t even finish it. The manager came over and stated she’d give us a new steak. For how long it took to get our food- I didn’t have her do that. Then brought up some dessert that was disgusting (I don’t like coffee).Our server was great.Very disappointed in this place - especially after reading reviews.

Had a great meal at the Mystic Steakhouse. Our server, Joshua, was fantastic, friendly and on top of everything all night with some great suggestions. Meals were prepared perfectly and plated very nicely. Overall, a great vibe and experience for our anniversary meal prior to catching a great show.

We received Excellent Service from every single employee we had contact with! Top notch! Our Waitress Jennifer could not have been any better! Our Food was prepared exactly as we asked. My Filet Mignon melted in my mouth. The sweet potato was enormous! I wasn't able to eat even 1/2 of it. The Asparagus was also delicious. Thank you to everyone who was working in the Steakhouse on April 25th from 6:00-7:00, we appreciated each of you!
2 of the 3 filet mignons were cooked incorrectly. One was ordered medium and showed up more than well done. One was ordered medium rare and came medium well. The side dishes that are meant to be shared are very small. Bison short rib was very dry. They did offer to remake the well done steak but we didn't have time to wait for that because of a concert at the casino. Instead they gave us a free dessert that was very average. Considering the prices, I would not return.

My experience with the customer service staff during check-in was extremely disappointing. The individuals assisting were notably young, lacking respect for customers and professionalism. Their attitude towards patrons was rude and disrespectful, resulting in a very unpleasant experience. Despite the quality of the food, the poor customer service overshadowed any positive aspects of the visit. Regrettably, I cannot envision returning to this establishment in the future.

Oh my gosh the food was INCREDIBLE. Each bite more delicious than the last. Literally the best creme brûlée I've had in my whole life. We also loved the crab cakes, steak, hash browns and the water lily cocktail! But the food paled in comparison to the service. We had the most attentive servers who made sure that our evening was perfect. We were so impressed.
Best steakhouse out there! Food is consistently good and steak is always prepared perfectly! Service outstanding as well! My #1 place to go if I want a good steak! Highly recommend!

I had the ribeye. It was cooked perfectly. It had no flavor. My wife had the prime rib. She said it was the worst she's ever had. We've eaten there before the food was better. Our host gave us the credit for the dinner if I had paid for it myself, I would've asked for a refund.
The steaks were awesome!!! I would not recommend steak tartare as it's chunky and you have to mix yourself at table. The bread before was better than what they have now and they also send out chips with it.

My birthday dinner was ruined by our server who went from friendly to unattentive and hostile. Don't know what happened in the kitchen but saw the manager talking to him. We had reservations at 6:15 but were not seated until 6:30 and barely got out by 8 to get to the concert. When I finally got my steak it was rare even though I'd explained I wanted it light pink. My the time we got it back again, the $12 Oscar topping was gone. We were so polite and still tipped him but it was a sad and expensive disappointment. I emailed Mystic Lake a week and ago and no response.
