Walked in on a busy Saturday evening to order nothing but a personal pan pizza for my child, and was told it would be a 30 min wait. So we sat and waited for the pizza. The app would not let me schedule a time for some reason so I got the call center. They took my.order but apparently they did not work either so the store called me, got my order and got it to my quickly. There was no receipt with my order so they quickly got me one. Great service by that store.
