“The two girls tonight (9/26 around 7pm) did an excellent job! They had a difficult customer with a big order, that was also arguing within the group of 3 they were in. The customers just made things awkward. I felt bad for the 2 girls I saw working. They both did a great job on being calm and cooperative with the difficult customers. When it was my turn to order. They made things quick, and easy. Very much appreciated.“

“The Herban Wolf crew is fantastic in all ways. No matter how busy they are they like to make sure each customer is well taken care of, and the food is delicious and never rushed!They have a rotating menu so while it’s a smaller menu it’s mighty, and if nothing is calling your name just take a look the next week. They do 1/4 hot dogs called Wolf Dogs which are SO filling and it’s always fun to see what flavors they go with it - they rock the Chicago dog! We’ve done takeout many times and the paninis stay nice and crispy and don’t get that dreaded soggy sandwich if you finish it later.“
“Excellent subs, and a large selection. Their meat is fresh-cut while you wait, and you can watch the whole process. The staff is friendly and professional, and I have never had a bad experience with them.This location still offers curbside pickup, which is really good for me because I have mobility issues. It's also a couple of blocks from HyVee, so I can do my grocery pickup, then head to Jersey Mike's for a sub, all without getting out of my car.“

“Bro making me my sandwich was great and explained the difference between the new Disrupter and the discontiuned Eruopter. Unfortunately the new Disrupter paled in comparison to the old Eruopter. “The food was exceptionally sensational and the staff are professionally fit to provide adequate food service. Riley went out of his way to make sure that I had the proper toppings and that my bread was crisp. The precise cuts to the bread really show how much they care about properly satisfying everyone that walks through the doors.“

“I have been ordering Jimmy John sandwiches from the Maple Grove Minnesota location. I have so many wonderful things that I could share with this location and how much I love their tiny little size sandwiches. They sometimes call me if they are out of sweet tea, or calling to say that their store was closed for the rest of the day. They are always polite to me. The drivers are awesome and delivery is never late. They ring the bell and always wearing a smile while telling me to enjoy my dinner. I feel like they are part of my family. “Would've given 5 stars if the store had more staff at this location. That isn't to say the customer service provided suffered, but instead the wait was much longer than some anticipated. The 1 employee there did their very best to move from customer to customer with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude. I made sure to give that employee an extra good tip for handling a large group of hungry and frustrated customers with poise and professionalism. If this location can hire more employees like the one who served me, I would gladly change this to a 5 star review.“
“Maybe hard to give a chain sandwich shop 5 stars, but for what it is, it's great. One of the best such places in the Anoka area. Local ownership. Clean and never too crowded. Actual friendly people taking your order, not electronic kiosks. And always a solid sandwich. Good bread, good ingredients, good service, and fast.“
