“We stopped in after a long day of walking the Mall and the outlets.and we were looking for something good and we found it!! We ordered our food and when we received it, it wasnt what we had thought we ordered but when we talked to the lady at the register and I assume the owner, they were quick to get us what we wanted. Customer service was top notch, food was fantastic! If you're in the area stop by, you won't be disappointed. BTW......Have fun at the CWS in June ⚾️“

“This little restaurant was great. It’s located inside the midtown Global market building, along with other food vendors. Mr. Robinson and Mr. Marshall were outstanding. Took care of us really well. We had a lot to eat and recommend just about everything. The pork tips were a bit dry, but their spicy BBQ sauce was on point. Ribs, excellent. Brisket, excellent. We had their million dollar wings and be careful, when they say wings, they give you all the section of wings. They do not scrimp on that so make sure you don’t over order like we did ?! The collard greens were on?point?. The black eyed peas needed something, maybe a touch more salt, but couldn’t put my finger on it. They even brought out their brisket chili for us to taste test. It was delicious. It looks like they have it on special every once in a while so if it’s there the day you go, highly recommend that you try a little bowl. It was good. Just spicy enough and chili flavor came through. Great job guys!“

“After a basketball tournament, we stopped in with 15 people during a busy dinner service. They found space for all of us to sit close together. The service was awesome. The food was to die for. “My group of 3 stop in before seeing a show last night. We all got they royal burger, which I really liked, i loved the fact the chips they came with were tortilla chips. I really like tortilla chips.The fried cheese curds were really good too.The did forget to bring us our cheese curds, but brought them out right away when we brought it to their attention.Drink wise, I got a cider (I don't like beer personally) which was from number twelve next door. It was as I expected, I liked it. Wasn't too dry or too sweet.My friend got the midas and he said it wasn't bad, but not really his favorite. My sister in law got bi-frost bridge, which she did like a lot.Service was pretty good, the two guys behind the bar were really nice and helpful.I liked the interior set up, I tend to like open floor concepts. “The place was PACKED and wait for a table was over an hour but the servers never lost their smiles! All you can eat fish fry Friday was a great deal. Fish could have used a little salt but batter was light and it was perfectly cooked. Club sandwich had good quality ingredients and was perfectly toasted. “Be aware that if you sign up for the waitlist, it’ll tell you a time to show up and check in with the host, but then they won’t find your name on the list and tell you that you never checked in and should’ve gotten a text that we never got. Then they knew move your name to the bottom of the list where you might have to wait an hour and a half. Then no one knows what’s going on and so we have to celebrate my boyfriend’s party somewhere else. Terrible place to go wouldn’t recommend.“

“Hmmm… pretty good. Ribfest offerings were aplenty and the pricing was quite fair. I really liked the mac n chz. However the ribs themselves were very small and therefore dry. The pickled things on the side were an absolute withered joke. Got all three sauces and they all tasted the same (seriously? No white BBQ??) I much prefer the juicy ribs from Boomin. But Boomin and Animales both used frozen corn in their elote salads. Serious question, do you guys think the public is braindead? My first bite was literally still-thawing corn with Parmesan flavor. Dilly beans and banana pudding get full marks. Biscuits definitely needed salt. But seriously. Get it together where it counts guysEdit to respond. We were visiting George Floyd Square and stopped in for a quick bite to eat, we had no idea the food was going to be this good. The catfish was fried fresh, crispy, not greasy, and soooo good. The candied yams were on point! And the mac 'n cheese had just the right about of kick. Definitely on my list of the Twin Cities best!“
