I normally get the Barbacoa, But they were out, So I got the steak instead. And I should have known better it was old, And it was terrible, I took the steak out and ate the rest , Coke Zero out !! My daughter loves this place so I came for her and figured, I would try it out again and another disappointment!! The guacamole was good, though, But that's about it!!!

Got the takeout order completely wrong and we couldn't contact the store to rectify this while everyone at home is hungry and waiting for dinner ?

Keeps getting worse !!! Today 11/14/23 just getting tacos now. I think I will stick to tacos and not bowls because they are always nasty!!!! 1/29/24- It's getting a little better. They need to slow down, and they move so quickly that they spill food, and it makes it look undesirable. Ok, I could see if they were REALLY busy, but I was the only customer !!

This Chipotle location regularly makes so many mistakes with order accuracy. It's really disappointing. Today they completely left out an entire burrito and chips/guac from our order. Would recommend using any other location around the cities instead.

Inexcusably bad. My husband arrived to place a take out order 1.5 hours before closing time, and they were out of cheese. REALLY? OUT OF CHEESE? That meant no quesadilla—the only item on the menu that I like. So my husband ordered a burrito for me instead. When I unwrapped the burrito at home, what I saw was a sloppy, unappetizing blob. I couldn't eat it. We will never, ever go back.

They should pay attention to the dishes they clean, they should have a person who is only dedicated to that.

As a Young man in the food service/retail I rarelu complain about mistakes,we all have our days it's not just a saying.anyways long story short this experience was lame asf.To preface the food was bomb as always I'd recommend carne asadaBut long story short my burrito was poorly wrapped and burst open, but it wasn't just a teeny tiny hole I could eat over it was an entire TEAR across like 70% of my burrito and obviously I tried but it was impossible.and the only reason it broke was because the girl on the protein gave me pinto beans I didn't even ask for so it got over filled.plus my brand new cargos got stained by the salsa, since essentially the entire burrito was torn open.all in all irritating experience.
