I love the food here. The staff are generally good. However, my most recent experience has left me not wanting to return. The cashier was evidently new, and messed up my order. This happens with people new to positions and I understand that. Normally, this is a quick fix. It was not fixed when I asked them to. So now I am stuck with a sandwich that doesn't have everything I asked for, an extra sandwich I can't eat due to allergies, and the bill for both. I am left with dissatisfaction and disappointment.

It's a decent sub joint, but a tad overpriced. I prefer jersey mikes, they have 2 locations nearby; one is about a mile west of firehouse on 66th, the other is about 1.5 miles east on 66th. Both are located in a big strip you can't miss it. Jersey mikes is on another level. Get a classic Philly with triple onions, gas. They got a cold cut with ham and capicola and proscuitinni get it mikes way with all the fixings your set; maybe some red pepper relish for that extra kick. They got ghost kitchens running cappriottis now too, they're the best sub chain ever, hit them up too. And nobodies paying me to say this, I just really love subs and I wanna spread the love. You can do better, and the price is the same. Try new things, experience the world in all its splendor, live in the here and now. You'd be surprised just how powerful something as simple as a sub sandwich can really be.

I'd give it 5 stars, but my sandwich was so soggy on the bottom and such a mess to eat. But it was delicious. I will definitely try it again but maybe a different sandwich.

Great food and plenty of it! Reasonably priced for all that you get. Service is usually pretty lacking as the woman taking orders is rather blunt to the point of being rude. But the food is good and ready quickly so you won't have to feel uncomfortable by her for very long.
