The store was nice, the employees were perfect. The food was about as mediocre as mediocre could be. We ordered 5 dishes and out of them only my Mac and cheese was passable as good.

The staff was kind and brought my order promptly, but my to go order lacked sauce. The penne rosa was quite dry, sauce barely visible and some noodles appeared dried out. The chicken was fresh and flavorful as was the shrimp pasta and spaghetti kids meal.Kid-friendliness: They offer kids meals that they actually eat.

I come here often because I live nearby and the service has completely plummeted in the last year. Nobody at the register when we come in, staff doesn’t seem to care or acknowledge long wait time. Sometimes we are waiting for 10 minutes before anyone comes to take our order. The food has unfortunately suffered as well. Sad to write this review but I’m hopeful things will turn around.

When I rested my meal I asked for a cup for water but apparently they don’t give you a cup for water. Apparently they don’t serve water here. You can’t get a cup unless you get a fountain drink. I’m forced to buy a fountain drink just to fill my cup with water. This is absurd! Service wasn’t as fast as one would expect for casual dinning. I found bits of broccoli in my Mac and cheese. It dosnt come with broccoli. I loved the Mac and cheese but the bits of broccoli left me a bit disappointed. All in all I wouldn’t recommend going unless you really want something from there. And bring your own water.

Cashier was too busy flirting with the cook staff to notice another three people besides me standing and waiting to order. Glad the cooks noticed or we might still be waiting. Food was ok, pot stickers were cold.

Attempted to dine in 3/14/23... Staff ignored us for about 5 minutes. I asked if they were open for dine-in and they said yes, but then just went back to filling takeout orders. We ended up walking out after another minute of being ignored. This is the first bad review I've ever gone out of my way to leave... management definitely needs to be aware that this place has gone completely sideways.

I walked in today 3/3/2023 to order food for my kids. The cashier( short Spanish girl with tattoos) took my order. She was rude and unprofessional. She didn’t take my order correctly so I asked nicely and she shouted that I order wrong. She was very loud. She told me that’s what you order so you going to take that. I said I didn’t order this. The cooker( Spanish guy) came out and gave me the food I ordered( penne rosa with spaghetti noodles) and she yelled at him saying” she ordered parmesan. He showed her the receipt and she said” my bad I didn’t add that which she did not change the noodles to spaghetti noodles instead of penne noodles.I’ve been going to that location since 2018 and I never seen her there before. I’m a loyal customer and I never had problem ordering food from there or experience this before. There was no manager available to come and talk to her. I feel embarrassed and humiliated. She needs to apologize to me.

I had no idea Noodles delivered. Ordering online was easy and the deliver arrived sooner than expected.

Filthy eat-in experience. Arrived within 30 mins of opening and all tables, chairs and floors had not been cleaned from the prior day. If the dining area is gross, imagine the kitchen. Vomit.

My lunch break here was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Noodles and Co! Staff was fast and polite. The food was piping hot, hearty and delicious!
