Went there recently and was still open in December. Service was quick and our sundaes were made well. I felt bad for the guy working there, looked really cold - guessing the building isn’t heated or insulated very well.

The guy working there today looked high on heroin. Eyes squinted and nodding a bit. Got 2 desserts with brownies in it and he didn't even hear the brownie so it was a dry cold hard brownie in the ice cream. Honestly didn't think this place would be so bad....

Service was horrible. No "Hi, how may I help you?" It was "what do you want?", like he was annoyed we were there. When we asked for lids, they were thrown at us. Thinking these employees were hired from the other DQ in Crystal that had horrible service. We will NOT be coming back here. Service is an industry and this was anything but acceptable.

My kids had a free small cone coupon from a Minneapolis police officer for getting “caught” wearing a helmet on their bikes! I had to pay extra for the dipped and sprinkles but we all enjoyed our treats! Thanks Minneapolis PD!!

Blizzards are more like milkshakes here, tastes good…but there is NO WAY they would pass the flip test! Taking away 1 star for that.

I usually come here often cause it’s the nearest DQ, and I can never say everything was at LEAST up to standard. Cones are fine, but blizzards are more often melty and would not pass the flip test. There was also huge chunks of chocolate in my Choco Covered Strawberry blizzard, which is only bad depending on your preference, but it’s definitely not supposed to be like that, nor is it my preference. The menu is also not updated or covered if there’s not enough ingredients for something which can be an inconvenience at times.

The food is nasty and so are the attitudes of the employees. Bring back the Crystal DQ and close this one!

The Robbinsdale Dairy Queen was a first visit for us, even though we live in Crystal. Our Crystal Dairy Queen closed down many months ago. The staff here was super nice the other day when we visited. Even joking about the total. Very simple menu, we ordered a small Oreo blizzard, which I think came to $5.29? And my husband got a chocolate malt, I can't remember his total but the all-around total came to about $11.50? Service was quick, nice Shady overhang while you wait, the staff was friendly, there is a tip can, for cash, because there is no way to add a tip when you pay by card! There is a lot of available parking across the street on the street ,parallel parking. The business across the street is a bank, so after hours, it's very empty. There might be parking in the lot at DQ, I'm not sure? I'm using talk to text speech to make this message please excuse any errors. I don't think I took any pictures.

Don’t know which is worse, the food or the customer service. Employees swearing at customers, longest wait for mediocre food & subpar ice cream.

Young man swore at my wife, manager didn’t care. Their food isn’t good enough for them to treat customers this way. They’re always out of everything & blizzards are half melted. If you can help it, don’t go here.
