I walked in after a long day with my son, I was forced to use the kiosk to place my order, I should not have to use a kiosk or an app when I want to be serviced by a human!

Thanks for the $5 "large fries"

The fries were cold and bland. My kid didn't get a toy! that was the biggest issue and not the first time, but the last. Why get a kids meal if there is no toy?! I went to the door, they were closed but everybody just looked at me even when i waved my receipt and said " I'm missing something from drive thru " ☺ ....? the look of their service culture is " you get what you get and don't make a fit ". The line moves quick and the burgers were hot. You all owe my son a 6pc kids meal w/ a toy, no tasteless apples, BBQ, and blue slushy. Don't forget the napkins this time, in fact we would like more than the occasional 1 because sauce gets messy with a 4 year old. Lastly, I don't have a receipt because they never give you one, but I do have my credit purchase. After all this you may as well cover my meal too. These posts take effort and the fries are good 90% of the time, but the service brings the experience down, you don't even want to go in, minimal contact- but then you run the risk of the 10% shifty food in drive thru. Change the culture of customer service to enthusiastic.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly if the kid didn't get a toy! My son didn't want McDonald's this week, he said "Do you remember when McDonald's didn't give me my toy".

I have been here 5 total times. Of those 5 times, 3 times my order was wrong. Not sure how common it is here but all 3 of those times I ordered large fries on their app and received a medium. Double cooked and zero salt. Sucks because it's right across the street from my work and I would frequent this establishment if it weren't so poorly managed.

Pro tip: When someone orders 2 of something they want 2. If they order 4 they want 4. If they order 12 they want 12 and so on. They get it wrong literally every single time. Every time.

Testy best McDonald’s in the Twin Cities Region.Right off the Tegional Trail system. Near Crystal Lake Public Boat and Lake Access- so Closest food to the Paddle Share lockers, if you rent a kayak or StandUp Paddle-board on Crystal Lake- half your group can get food while you paddle the lake.Right off Bottineau Blvd /hwy 81 At intersection of Lake dr./42nd Ave N. hwy 100 and 81 southbound lanes. And off victory Memorial Drive and the National Ground Rounds /// near Webber Natural Spring Pool /Webber Parkway, because this McDonald’s has the easiest walking routes with sidewalks it is accessible to our community on foot, wheels, bike and car. Truckers park on / 81 frontage rd OR turn just behind ARCO and park at LL memorial scoreboard if Spanjers park // along the city hall straight away and you can with ease route right back on 81/or 100…if you can swing the turns the access road via entrance to right of way at Walgreens Parking Lot one block up from McDonald’s

First of all, this is the best Mcdonalds in the area and I mean that. I'm new to the neighborhood and so I'm quite impressed with how consistent the quality and service is at this location, especially compared to other Mcdonalds. I never had any item missing, never a stale fry as everything is always fresh, never had to wait long, and the staff were never rude. Heck, they even place the cheese perfectly in the center too. I never expect much out of fast food, but this has really set my bar higher on what fast food should be, 5/5 for me.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!This McDonalds is soooo bad!!!!!The food is rarely fresh. You don’t get what you ask for. The service is rude and TERRIBLE.And if you try to complain, the manager laughs at you.THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!!
