Have had poor service consistently at this location. My drink is made wrong every time. Today, when I ordered my cold brew and waited inside, the barista told the manager they were put of cold brew. The manager then directed the employee to just use iced coffee instead. I would have been more appreciative if they would of notified me about it, rather then talking about it in front of me. Last encounter I had, the cashier and I had an awkward stare off, awaiting for her to say something/aknowledge me. I have given this location multiple chances and they have proved time and time again to not go there. Not worth paying 7$ a drink for it to be wrong every time with poor/awkward service. Go elsewhere.

Don't go to this Starbucks if you're in any kind of hurry. There can be no cars in front of you in the drive thru and ordering 1 drink will still take 30 min minimum. Consistently poor & slow service without apology. Drinks made wrong is more standard than not. Can't use Starbucks points for drinks/cups here, and Starbucks promos are not applied as normal since it's affiliated with the Hyvee.

The staff is always friendly, but on more than one occasion I’ve sat in the drive thru line for 10+ minutes.
Consistently get drinks wrong. And the wait is always outrageously long even if you are the only car in line. Had to repeat myself multiple times and it was still wrong.

I've been here a handful of times over the last few years because it is so close to home compared to other shops, but I am always disappointed. Today's visit was the last time I prioritized proximity over quality. (Side note: I'm not one to leave poor reviews unless I give them a few tries and it's consistent or it's just really terrible. I know we're all human and just trying our best.)The line for the drive-thru was around the corner, so I opted to order inside. I waited a few minutes before any of the 6-7 employees stopped to say hello and take my order. I ordered two very simple iced drinks and a bakery item, requested not to be warmed up.It took a few more minutes to get my drinks, and they weren't even full pours, with an inch between the top of the drink the the lid for both a tall and a grande. I then had to wait another couple minutes to get someone's attention for my danish.Once I get home, we try our drinks and they taste nothing like they should. The brown sugar shaken espresso should not have notes of fruit in it or feel watered down for already being shorted.I'm sorry Starbucks, this particular location is not producing quality customer service or drink orders. I hope the manager takes these reviews seriously. For everyone else, you may want to wait until your next stop to grab coffee.

A friend purchased/paid for a Starbucks gift card at this location, gave it to me as a gift, and it doesn't work at any Starbucks (wasn't activated). I feel so sorry for my friend.

In usually a coffee addict, I have gone to many location with no problems except for this one. Everytime when they make my drink SOMETHING always has to be wrong. It doesn't taste right; too watery, to plain. I only went here because I didn't have time. Will travel further for more quality coffee. Worst starbucks there is.
