Disappointed by the lack of compassion from the Rochester manager. During the COVID shutdown, I bought a $50 gift certificate to the Winona $5 pizza to help them stay afloat. Unfortunately, they closed for good before I could use it. I called the Rochester store to ask if they wojld honor it if I donated to a Rochester homeless shelter. So, a customer tried to help out your sister franchise and now wants to help feed homeless folks in your city... you'd think the Manger would be happy to help, if for nothing other than public relations. His response? "We're not going to honor that here." Silence. Just waited for me to hang up.

Ordered pizza from here a few weeks ago. Our pizza had a terribly undercooked "gumline" crust. I would give 1 star but I can't imagine all their pizzas are like that; I'm guessing the guys working just made a mistake on ours.

A quick pizza with okay quality. Employees are friendly even though he didn't ring up my coupon when I handed it to him. He acted like I didn't give him anything and just repeated the original price. Shy of nineteen dollars for a chicken bacon ranch pizza and cinnamon sticks. Wouldn't have gone there without a coupon.

If you're looking for a quick bite to eat look no further. Cheapest pies this side of the Mississippi.

It's really good for being $5. Probably not as good as Pizza Hut but certainly better than Dominos. Service is fine, it's basically cheap counter-service so you shouldn't really expect the Ritz.

Despite its name, they make a good pizza. They certainly taste better than either of the Mr. Pizzas and, in my opinion, better than Domino's. The staff is friendly enough and are quick when placing an order. I've never had to wait more than 10-12 minutes when ordering in person. Plus, it means they're making it from scratch instead of preparing a bunch ahead of time and having them sit in a warmer like Little Caesar's does.

i am from NY and I used to say Costco makes the best Pizza in town. For the past year their pizza is trash, over cooked and tons of bubbles in the crust, i guess they need to recalibrate the ovenon Mondays 5dollar has a special of 4dollar pizza, how can you go wrong. At that price, I rank it the best pizza in town. Blows away Little Caeser's. The counter person was very nice and friendly.

I really like the pizza here. The crust is excellent as it is more bread like and not greasy. Great variety of toppings and staff is always the most friendly.

Every-time I go into the Rochester 5 dollar pizza, the staff are friendly, and my pizza is hot. Pizza is always delicious. It’s hard to mess up pizza, easy to flub the service. These guys are A+ at both food and service. Highly recommended.

Weirdly good pizza for a dirt cheap price. Highly recommend.

The pizza was super greasy and thin, but you get what you pay for, and for $7 it really wasn't that bad.
