They waitress was very polite and checked up on how the food was and if we needed anything else very quick to get us our drinks shortly after we got seated and than had our found in under 15 mins way to go guys keep up the great work I'll definitely be back again for sure and hopefully the next visit will be just as good.

Great, as always. I definitely prefer this location over the north one. The service is much better and it doesn't feel so cramped, even though I think it is physically smaller. Applebee's has the best boneless wings!!

Had tell waiter more the one time what we wanted. Service was pretty slow as not many people in for a meal.Parking: There is no ramp for wheel chairs.

After waiting a few minutes for the Hostess to return to her stand she proceeded to ignore my son and I as well as another couple waiting to get on the list to be seated. She instead straightened menus and erased something from a white board. A new group of guests then came in, walked in front of those of us waiting and asked to be added to the list. The hostess said 'Oh, yea sure!' and grabbed her ipad to add their group to the list. My son and I left and went to Culver's where we were greeted with a smile and served in the order we arrived. We won't be back.Parking: The parking lot was completely full so we had to park quite a ways away over by JCP. It was 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon, so it may not always be that full.

One of the worst restaurants I've eaten at. Atmosphere is very outdated. Service didn't seem like they had much experience. And the food portions were very small and the quality was very poor. I don't recommend!

I was searching as soon as I walked in, I sat at my table for 20 plus minutes, NO ONE ever came upto my table to ask about a drink or food order. I WALKED OUT. Now this is the second Applebee's location that the service has been very very poor. Is this the next restaurant brand to close all their restaurants. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER APPLEBEE'S RESTAURANT.
Slow service, had to ask 3 times for my drink, ordered blackened salmon, was not even blackened had to send it

The manger Greg is trash he talks to employees very disrespectful!!!

Manager Greg was talking very loudly and inappropriately about his personal life, vulgar language used by most of staff in the front of the dining room. Managers were all gathered around the bar while servers were struggling to keep up with the customers. Manager Marissa refused to give me her name until I asked the server for it in which they gave it to me. She was one of the rudest managers I have ever met. Managers are horrible at this restaurant. Restaurant was filthy, while servers were trying to clean it it seemed managers were no where to be found, and when they did come around they would just watch the servers everything. I strongly advise you to not here. Food was good but it’s Applebees. It Would be hard to mess up.
