over the past few years I have eaten here often and has recently as a couple weeks ago and then there was this evening.more often than not I have a sirloin, mashed potatoes and so forth along with a beer.This is the first time I've been extremely disappointed with the food and drink, I believe it was maybe the first or second night of my bartenders employment there and he was great he checked with me off and all that.... however, just as a couple weeks ago when I ordered a blue moon it came without an orange slice, same thing tonight no orange slice. Blue Moon is meant to be served with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass, and generally you drop that in the beer and it adds to the citrus of the beer... that is an important detail when you are drinking a beer that you really enjoy, the way the brewer wants it served.it has been my experience whether it's here or other locations in the state that over the past few years the stakes at Applebee's have just been unbelievably good, very tender almost melt in your mouth. Tonight the 8 oz sirloin that I received was not hot, it is a stretch to even say that it was warm and it was just full of gristle, I couldn't finish it because it was just so much in the way of loaded with gristle and that's something the kitchen staff would be able to notice, and like I said it wasn't even anything remotely close to hot, same thing with the mashed potatoes they were not hot and I can only really say they were pretty much room temperature.a very disappointing experience.

We had the worst ever experience tonight. There were 7 of us in our group. Everything came out cold. They messed up our order. We didn’t get any refills. Our server ignored us. We had to ask people walking by for things. The manager came to our table to drop something off and we brought up our bad experience to him and he didn’t seem to care just said “oh” and walked away. They changed us extra for our bill so we had to wait another 15 minutes for her to finally fix that. I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant than I was tonight.

Called ahead for a group. Terribly slow service. Took 30 minutes to get waters & waitress didn’t check on us. I went to ask to speak with the manager because we could see he was just sitting at his computer. He came out once and didn’t say a word or help the waitress at all. We were there for over 2 hours.

I’ve been to quite a few Applebee’s but this one of the best one I have been to.Very friendly staff - checked in on us at appropriate intervals and was always attentive.Very clean restaurant and restrooms.If you’re hungry and in the neighborhood, go here.Parking: Plenty of parking. There is availability on all sides of the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There is Wheelchair parking, ramps to the front door and handicap accessible bathrooms.

We had a great experience here today. Ethan our server was very attentive, moving down to speak to us face to face. I haven't had anyone do that before and he was very personable. He made sure I got the freshest cup of coffee right away, and tended to detail otherwise too. We loved the holiday combo meal and plan to be back soon. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Was just okay. The chicken wings were drenched in so much BBQ that you couldn't taste the chicken. But the burrito was good.(Update) The mixed drinks are great. The staff is hit or miss, sometimes they're really on top of things, and other times, they'll leave you waiting for 30 minutes to get a to go box. I get burgers every time I go there, and it's the same hit or miss type of situation. Sometimes they're juicy, and other times, they're dry and over cooked.

Applebee's is a brand name that very rarely disappoints me. I had kind and attentive staff. Bar drinks took a bit to make it to our table but it was super rush which is completely understandable. My point is when I want a good meal at a good price and I'd like it relatively quickly, Applebee's is a great place to go. I will certainly be back!

This was the WORST service from a dining establishment I’ve ever seen. You will not see your server more than once or twice. Every single person who worked there avoided eye contact and there was no tablet to call our server or pay our bill. I considered just walking out without paying. This place is a joke to the restaurant industry.
