While we were in Rochester. MN recently I completed an online meal order for our dinner. The quality and consistency of their roast beef sandwich draws us back to Arby's often. Their service was a little off today. When I arrived, I was the only customer at their counter. An employee looked at me while restocking fry cartons. I was by the online order pickup sign. Went to Arby's tonight 11/19/23. Drive thru had about 3 cars ahead of us which the first 2 went pretty quick about 1-2 min and then we were literally in the drive thru for 20-25 min. Our sandwiches were great but they don't put your sandwich in a box no more and the curly fries were pretty hard.
