I’ve come here twice during regular business hours recently and they were not open. Another time I walked past during regular business hours and there was an employee there but the gate was down. Not sure what the current status of this place is? It seems to be closed to me.

Pretzel was undercooked.

Very low class. Management is shady. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Never have pretzels available always have to wait for them to make from the beginning when I order, very frustrating even with 4 staff members and no line they can't manage to keep shelves stocked

Such a great pretzel dog! The employees were so kind to us. We needed to wait 15 mins for the pretzel dogs to cook and they gave us free pretzel bites and waters. Super people!

Delicious soft pretzels and fast service

The Cinnabon Rolls are definitely delicious! However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. For every visit I have made in the past month, I have had to wait at an empty counter with no employee in sight. After several minutes, someone finally comes out front to check on potential customers. The employees working there really should decide if customer service is the correct fit for them and whomever is in charge should make certain potential customers are not left waiting. At the very minimum, a bell should be placed at cash register so customers can ring it and be served in a timely fashion.

Today I had every intention of filling my craving with a pretzel until I saw one of the ladies behind the counter eating while handling food during her shift! She would walk around a wall behind the oven, grab a bite of whatever it was that she was chomping on and resume rolling out pretzels with a huge wad in her cheek simply wiping her hands on her apron and continuing with her work. I've worked with food in the fast food industry previously and any manager that I had would have immediately caught the activity, resolved the situation and cited the forms on protocol; which I believe all employees handling food sign before even training in any capacity. I feel for the girl I know what it's like to work long hours on little to no food but I thought that break times were reserved for eating and all other necessary bodily functions (if you know what I mean). Now the event I witnessed begs the question: Is this location an exception to basic food handling regulations?
