I asked for rice only. Was given what I asked for, but was charged $4 for 1 1/4 cups of it. It's not even good rice. Oh, she told me they didn't have white rice because it was busy, but she had plenty of yellow rice. So she could have given me more than just this. Absolute nonsense.

Great food. Every time we visit Rochester (for Mayo), always get some food here.

The mango lassi and naan were made fresh to my order. I loved the food and will have to come back for the Samosas

Delicious dishes, smoking fresh naan and wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. We got there late after some tests and they were happy to stay open to serve us. Will go back.

I am quite a big fan of Indian food and I really fell in love with this place. It's struck quite the balance of cheap and delicious food and it's all run by just one woman. She's extremely friendly and efficient. The menu changes daily which is great for returning customers as nothing wears out it's welcome.

Biriyani was very bad ended up with bad tummy. Yellow rice was mixed with chicken and not cooked well too! Over priced for bad quality food. Would not go there again!

Great food and this coming from someone who has a hard time trying new things. I have had the butter chicken twice now and I've been impressed both times. There is a little spice, nothing painful, but enough to add that extra something to the food that makes it special. The serving size was generous. I didn't think I could eat it all, but I couldn't resist!I also like their fresh mango juice. This will be a regular stop for me when we are at Mayo. Just go down in the subway past all the other fast food, then up the escalator 2 stories to the skyway level, then once you've crossed the skyway take the first left.Best subway/skyway Mayo food!

I love spicy foods. Whenever I can, I get lamb, but secondary to lamb I’d get the Bombay chicken curry instead cause its equally as spicy. I love the sauce that seeps into the rice. This genuine Indian cuisine is nothing to sneeze at. A side of vegetables like chickpeas or that Indian cheese each in their own curries are always delicious with my main choice no matter what. Two thumbs up from me ??

I never make bad reviews so for me to actually makes this says a lot. I very much DISLIKED the quality of this food. The rice was clumpy and tasted old, the chicken was cold and tasted like it had been cooked yesterday. I ordered butter chicken and got no sauce on my plate at all. I took a picture just to show how much is left, because its going in the garbage.

I eat at Blue Diamond 1-2 per month when I work downtown. I love the simple, fresh food they serve. The butter chicken is not too spicy, served with cucumber raita, handmade naan bread, and a chilled mango lassi. Just the right portion and price. Thank you for good food and kind customer service!

Boyfriend and I were looking for lunch after an appointment and found this food court. I got a plate with the saag paneer and I thought it was decent. Nothing so spectacular but I was pleased with my lunch. It's about what I would expect for takeout and the price was right as well. Very convenient location and tasty.

I have been here for lunch several times and all I have to say is WOW. Everything was delicious, I'll tell all of my friends and family they need to try here, and I highly recommend asking her to make it spicy.

Although found in a food-court, the taste and freshness of the food exceed any other Indian cuisine I've ever had. The butter chicken had the perfect amount of spice, served with a side of rice. The raita was thick and creamy, and I could taste the freshness in the onions. Where the food really shined was in the freshness. I was able to watch the naan being hand rolled and grilled right after I ordered it. That fresh approach made the naan extremely tasty and had the perfect consistency. A blind taste-test of the food here would give no hint that this restaurant is a one-woman show in a food court. I highly recommend as one of the best Indian foods I've ever had.
