Check your bag before you leave the parking lot, we got to our hotel room after paying for 2 burger meals and 20 boneless wings.. i open the bag and it has 5 wings in it.. I mean C'MON they don't even sell 5 wings.. on top of that no ranch sauce i paid for..! The guy at pickup register didn't even acknowledge I was standing there for like 5 min.. very disappointed as we head back to Madison WI in morning. Our b-dubs never disappoints!

The food was delicious (I had a burger & fries). And the service was decent, except for the fact that our waitress was no where to be found half way into our meal. She never came back to ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The person I was with had to literally go looking for her & is was not busy what so ever. However after the waitress was alerted, she was better, but not great.

I went today and noticed the pull tabs. Saw a box that appeared to be positive in total payout. Mind you I pay them alot so I'm very good at guessing amounts remaining. I asked the manager if all the remaining winners were accounted forand he assured me they were and that all payable amounts were correctly marked off on the card. Once again he assured me they were. He never went to double check to see if they were and said "we are very good at making them off," so I bought the remaining tickets and opened all of them only to find out 2 were not marked off. $200.00 worth. I would have been up in winnings with the 2 tickets. Had the 2 tickets been marked off I never would have bought the box out. Nothing was done to rectify the issue. As a gambling establishment I feel it it their responsibility to insure honest gambling and representation for their patrons.

Worst experience. Our orders were taken right away, however 35 minutes later still no food and no contact from waitress to refill or let us know what is going on. We got up and informed another waitstaff we were leaving. It was not packed. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not go back to this location. Our BWW locations We usually go to have our food in front of us within 10 minutes sometimes less!!!!!

Ordered a chicken sandwich and 2 spices sandwich 2 sauces to go. I redeemed points for this, the manager who was helping me kept telling me to click the redeem button in the app. I told her after the order was done that you over charged me. She claims, that I'll have to wait 24 hours and the correct points will be there. They weren't. I called and informed a different manager of the situation and i want the correct points charged. So bassically 10,000, when I should have only redeemed 3,600. Left a message to corporate they following week with not even a hello for a response. To top it off the sandwich was cold. I only had a 5 minute drive. They really have gone down hill, the franchise.

Avoid at all costs. The staff here do not know what they are doing. My wife called to place an order over the phone. They didn't ask for her name, didn't ask for a phone number, and didn't ask for payment. She called back ten minutes later and spoke with someone else because she was afraid her order wasn't actually taken. This person did essentially the same thing and said the order would be ready in one hour. It's been about one hour and my wife called back only to be told that they don't see an order with her name on it and to call back in another 30 minutes. They have no idea what they are doing at this establishment.
We ordered like 5 hours in advance. It was a large order. We get there at the time it's supposed to be ready, and they say they can't find the order. This is probably the 4th or 5th time this restaurant has screwed up our orders. Unfortunately this is the only place that has wings. Somebody for the love of God open a wing stop already!!

Got charged for a soda even though we just had a water (tap I assume).Other than that, the wings were good as usual and our server, Philip, was very friendly.We did get a free app from an email which offset the extra charge for a soda.App was glitchy as usual and awarded us 0 points for a $75.00 bill.

1/6/24 Server was a grinnig fool who f..ked the order up 6 ways from Sunday. Burger was wrong twice, food came out cold, had meal for 10 minutes before appetizers showed up. Bigger table that came in after us had food before us.The manager was condescending, and he made my wife feel belittled for asking for warm food. Charged us twice for bruger they f..ked up only comped 1 meal.Will remove review if service is better next time.

Not a huge fan of BWW went for my son as he loves the food. We had a really good time the food was good I think it was way over priced but the atmosphere, waitress, and trivia were fun. I personally just don't think the food is worth the price.

Terrible slow service from Sereniti, (who also had a certified trainer shirt on, so whoever let her train pls reconsider)took 20 minutes to get our drinks, wings were ok but couldn’t get our servers attention the whole time we were here. Both of our drinks were disgusting. would never return or recommend anyone to go to this location. I would have much rather supported a local restaurant. Do better bdubs
