Lady was rude I was there at 6:20 am she asked me to give her a minute which I did placed a mobile order told her my name she said pull around then the cook pointed at me she said I said pulled around and then threw the bag at me the burrito was alright not great not bad but alright

If I can give them 0 stars I would! I can’t believe these kind of disgusting people exist but they do and they work at this nasty Burger King. These are the worst kind of disgusting humans I’ve ever met and they need to be removed immediately! They need to hire new employees that really understands, customer service comes first. I don’t think anyone has the proper training or experience to be working here and most are too old to be working there and can’t get a Simple burger order correct! I’m disgusted ? and the management team needs a new team all together!!

They made sure to give me the right order, there were a lot of people but they got it right.I used to go to mcdonalds all the time but now I only go to Burger King since I tried the bacon king.The hamburgers here are a lot bigger which is awesome and makes me ok with spending money on fast food because it is actually enough food.Parking: The employees brought food right out to the parking lot and they made sure to confirm what my order was so I was sure that they got it right.

Why bother going to Burger King for "fast food" when you could go across the street to Cub Foods, buy ground beef and buns, drive home, cook it and eat it; all before a BK employee even bothers to take your order...? 0/5 Don't waste your time and money here.

The food has gone down in quality. Atmosphere is always the same. But the shining star of this visit was the team working that day that was banging out food even with a crew of 3 working that day. Fast food businesses are constantly looking for people to work in their restaurants, however I worked my first job in one. The women there should have been tipped.

Went to drive thru and had the worst experience ever. Every statement was met by a very rude "HUH!?" and I had to repeat myself multiple times for every sentence, the lady working the mic tried to close my order after every time I spoke, I spent 10 minutes total, didn't even got half my order done only to be told it had taken too long and I couldn't add anything else to my order. 2 ITEMS, IT TOOK 10 MINUTES TO ORDER 2 NUMBER 1 COMBOS AND I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO FINISH MY ORDER. Get rid of all your employees and get some people who know what they're doing. As it stands I'm never returning and expect this place to close shortly. This is just unacceptable.

I was very displeased with the disrespect from there employees tonight at 10:30pm on July 30 I work for doordash and there door for the lobby was unlocked so I went inside to get the order and the one lady with with blue dreads was rude and yelled at me told me I had to go through the drive thru because lobby was closed yet there doors were unlocked. I said I’m just here to pick up a doordash that they already had done and could’ve just handed it to me. But no the lady was rude and yelled at me to get out the store because the lobby was closed yet it wasn’t closed if your doors are unlocked. So I am giving this Burger King a one star for bad service. Find better employees that treat customers and the people who are delivering your food with respect.
