We always order our chinese food from china star and usually its good but today our fried rice was dark colored and tasted like burnt oil/pan and was not good. Crab rangoons were oil soaked. Disappointing, i hope this review helps them watch their oil/pan and keep it clean so its not burnt

I ordered a large House Lo Mein and Sweet & Sour chicken to share with family for dinner. I was disappointed at the size of the so called "large" container, it was definitely a small size. The price I paid was definitely not worth the amount of food that I got to feed my family.

Found sesame in my food after explicitly telling them that I am SEVERLY allergic to sesame! I ordered the lo mein and the orange chicken so neither should have sesame seeds in it or they should've at least told me before I ordered and paid for it.

Stopped to pick up carry out over lunch. I ordered online- it was easy and fast. Our order was accurate and food was hot. Egg rolls were smaller than regular egg rolls.The store does have some limited seating. Restrooms in back- one out of order.The lady who took my payment and prepared our order was NOT friendly. She was yelling at me, with frown on her face when I asked her to repeat what she was asking. I’m not hard of hearing, I just didn’t understand her question. She was asking how many sweet and sour sauce I wanted. Her yelling and speaking louder didn’t solve the language barrier between us. It only made me want to leave. I stopped to get three separate orders to deliver to three friends who I thought needed a day brightener. I wasn’t sure I even wanted the food after dealing with this nagar I’ve women. Maybe she was just having a bad day. I would give 1 start for friendliness .Parking: Large open parking lot in strip mall near Target.
