What "to go" express restaurant LITERALLY asks for a tip? THIS PLACE DOES! I thought it was just the older lady but I went to give it another shot different gal and same impression a tip should not be asked for. They need to work on that. I'm never going there again. the chicken was chewy and the breading was mush. I'm upset as a customer that they had to audacity to ask for a tip LIKE WHO DOES THAT?!

What gluten free options are offered here?I've eat lunch here often. I really enjoy the food. This would be a 5 star rating, but when I ask about gluten free options in person, I'm told there isn't any ( the downtownrochestermn web page asks me to ask about gluten free items). I'd like to bring dinner home for my family, but I must have gluten free options to do that. Hoping you do offer gluten free options on the full menu!

They did not honor coupons that they had signed up for. Disappointed after driving a long distance.

Only This much for $10!! Got a “large” shrimp fried rice assuming it would be enough for 2 people. Got it and see that the box is half empty :/ when I asked if they could put some more, she said that’s the standard amount and that shrimp is expensive (there were 6 pieces of shrimp).

Chines Chinh's Express is hard to find. I paid the street meter outside the building and found a staircase to get to the 2nd floor food court. I told them that I was a new customer who found their business through the 2020
